heyyy yall so ik this video a lil old but i wanna do real updates for anyone who might wanna try so ima start now hopefully i remember😭few things i wanna note before i start: 1. i am a 5’6 1/2 girl; around 143 pounds 2. i’m not on any kind of diet i still plan to eat what i want and ik this defeat the whole purpose but i’m not tryna lose weight anywhere else but my stomach i already feel skinny asl and i’m really not i’m average but yeah 3. i don’t have a gut so i don’t have that much to lose but ik stomach fat is really stubborn. i don’t want like washboard abs i just want a flat stomach 4. dunno if i said this already but i’ve been doing her routine on and off but i plan to be more consistent UPDATES: 09/20/23- i literally did this at 1 am lmao don’t notice anything as of yet but it is dark so i’ll update this in the morning and see wassup (lmao i didn’t see much change but ofc not still too soon) 09/21/23- just finished this and it looks flatter but it’s still big if that makes sense? like i still have a stomach but it’s looking flatter 09/22/23- just did this routine after eating breakfast so it looks a lil big i’ll update after my food’s digested 09/23/23- just finished this and omgggg my ab muscles are hella tight bruh 09/24/23- omg my bad for not updating my cousin spent the night and for some reason i get embarrassed to do my workout routine when other people are around or if ik someone might walk in so i did it hella fast literally lmao not proud of myself for that one cause i coulda did better 09/25/23- my cop out day, i give myself one day a month to not do it and it was this day :) 09/26/23- just did it and omg y’all i’m so proud of myself i barely took breaks and i gave it my all in each exercise fr i tried my best to copy her from her posture to the speed with which she was doing each exercise, etc!! gonna give a belly update in the morning

Gonna try this! I struggle with consistency so this can be my report Day 1 : my core was 😭 Day 2 : it was easier but it hurt cuz my core was hurting from yesterday.. Day 3: Done! Day 4: gotten better!! Day 5: i actually sprained my ankle I was going down the stairs and my ankle twisted so I'll continue after it's okay. I also have my birthday so I hope it recovers soon.

My body looked like this when I was your age. I still don’t have kids just got lazier and busier with college and my businesses & beauty school. But now I’m trying to get back!!! It feels like a lifetime ago & Idek how I looked so good before! It seems impossible to get back but I’m going to try these ❤️

it depends on your body... If your overweight or have much belly fat its gonna take more time but if you only have a little bit of belly fat it can take to 2weeks-1month idk. But it depends on your body

Keep going! It’s just a sign you need to build better core strength and engage your core more instead of using your neck to lift yourself. It will take some time to build that strength but keep at it and you’ll get there in no time.

Do 4 or 5 exercises that target the abs the most usually growing abs makes you look more boxyer but I suggest lifting weights and working out your back if you want more of a hourglass shape

3x10 kas glute bridges 3x12 rdls 3x6 Bulgarian split squats 3 sets on each leg 6 times 3x10 regular squats on the smith machine And then 3x12 hip abductors Hope this helps this is my current workout for flutes and I started seeing results in 2 months consistentcy is key and eat high protein :)
