Finally...a jumping jack compactor ....A wacker or a mikasa??? It is recommended to put an inch layer of sand on the subfloor... Sand has natural silica that absorbs moisture or vapor ..On top... 5mil thick of plastic sheet.. Steel corrosion is the enemy of reinforced concrete.. I still cant understand where and how are u going to connect ground slab steel reinforcements???Ground slab should be a solid one piece continuous concrete..
You should not have pipes inside of columns. It weakens the columns. See the Handbook on Good Building Practice in the Philippines. (Incidentally the Philippine Building Code requires good practice)
Hi I'm a structural engineer. You shouldn't put pipes/non structural elements inside the columns. Aside from reducing the capacity of the column, you also have the risk of crushing the pipe during an earthquake. LOL nevermind, it's too late for you to correct it
The backfiling is not correct. They should fill inlayer of 6 or 8 inches thick the compact. Till they reach the correct level. They only compacting the upper lfinal layer but not the bottom fill.. they got stack becacuse the underlying soil is not compact. They did not follow the standard procedure on soil compaction, I bet they don’t know that too.
I was worried too but i think it will be fine there is 2 types of dirt and rock down there and the pipe wa secure from the old dirt ,if you remember they create a space just for the plumbing

To many wrongs to list.... One really really stupid thing, to say the least was casting the soil stacks, rain conductors and vent piping, whatever in the concrete columns...
