We bought another house flip after a little bit of a hiatus. I have not been buying because I though the market would crash but because we have not been able to find great deals! I guess I need to work on my marketing some more! Although I have my hands full with plenty of interesting projects that I need to focus on!

The first thing you need to do is get rid of that horrible pine tree. Those things are so messy and so ugly, and with it leaning over like that it just totally distracts from the house. I know that’s a lot of money but hey for street appeal I think it’s a must.
