Totally the right thing not telling him about the mistake. i don't want to be married to someone who is cheating, but let's say this kind of thing happened, and we reconciled. I would absolutely not want to be told. Perhaps it's the lapsed catholic in me, but confession happens in a church with a priest. Then you repent and stop doing bad things. You don't pollute your relationship. Also, that abortion decision has got to be gut wrenching. I'm 100% pro choice and a guy, but we know that after a certain point, the baby is very likely to go to term, at least assuming access to care (which is a big if in this country, sadly.) I don't think it's a legal person, but the mother is thinking of it as 'the baby.' having to terminate that would not be a call i'd ever want to have to make.

@emu314159 It really depends. I’d say it’s a legal person once it’s viable. So I’m pro-choice, but also in favor of limits, like the ones they have in Europe. This is a debate that will never be settled because both sides of the issue make sense, they just come from different places.

It is formulaic. Right down to the soft piano music accompanying the slow motion warm glances, etc. Still, I watch it as long as House has a good presence on the show.

Look at Law and Order: SVU, NCIS, 9-1-1; all these types of shows (including House) are formulaic. Even sitcoms like TBBT and Everybody Loves Raymond were formulaic to some degree. They always feature one-off episodes with some storylines woven in here and there. They aren't like Breaking Bad, Buffy, or The Sopranos-the type of shows that have long-season story arcs with built-in character arcs.

The catch here being that House is a endearing asshole

@thebipolarpsychonaut4984 Getting a vaccine means I don't get the disease. It also means that I don't get sicker from the shot than I would have gotten from the disease.
