21:54 base probably won’t fit as far as depth but it looks like the length of the tv will fit/smaller the the ledge. Wall mount would work; probably better, aesthetically.

I prefer the previous duplex done by julia. I wish they made a better entrance door as it is small and put an elevator for the elders. I wish there was a separation of the kitchen and the island has an induction stove or sink

NNNOOOO, not a shoe kabinet !!! But a porcelain kabinet, to put your plates, bowls, cotton napkins and sorts (in the livingroom/dining table) TIP ; move the fridge to daily kitchen. Turn the empty nook into a bar/coffee/wine fridge nook. A 3 in 1 situation. Divide it so nice you dont know its a 3 in 1 situation.

You mean a buffet table or curio. No. Perhaps if the niche is in the dining room. As it is in the kitchen, should be a pantry area. Honestly I don’t like the idea of a curio, used for display. A buffet is more practical imo for storage of extra dinnerware, glasses etc and they already have one or 2 in the dining. Edit: no buffet table in the dining instead a console table. Replace with a buffet table instead. The niche with 2 ac’s on top. The furniture cabinet that’s already there may be a pantry cabinet with adjustable shelves.

For its price, they should have included a one or two passenger elevator. Without this, property is limited to the younger market. Otherwise, the house is nicely built.

Naka rekta ang pedestrian gate sa pinto sa hagdanan…meron kaakibat na KAMALASAN, but if main entry door move to the right side, it will give a PERFECT VIBE..Please, correct me if I’m wrong.
