In Seychelles only the outside land, wall and swimming pool will cost you 200k. You can get 450k with that property in Seychelles.

Looks like there are only two bathrooms one of which is inside the master bedroom, which means only one can be used as "common" for other members of the family or guests. They could have at least build one "powder room" (just CR no bath) for that purpose, since the house has three bedrooms altogether. But the bigger lot area (700 sqm something) and the sparkling swimming pool will be something to consider by the buyer.

This is the first nice house and property that I've seen on RU-vid that is reasonably priced. I would put in an offer if we were moving to the Philippines depending on it's proximity to a good hospital and other things. I find the majority of houses shown here on RU-vid ridiculously priced. Maybe the brokers are hoping to find a foreigner that is a sucker since these videos are shown all over the world.

This is in reference to your 3rd room house in Dauin/American builder . If his intent is to sell this isn’t it! As a sample of a house it should always be with neutral pallet , this house look like is personalized and not everyone likes this color combo! One thing about Philippine design I found is mismatch of several wood color and your design isn’t any better

Nice bungalow and well built by the sounds of it for £162,637. Nice size pool and gorgeous surroundings. Too rectangular for me, plus bedrooms all seem to have a wall view, I would have preferred a different shaped bungalow but that is my choice not other peoples. I wish we could buy a home out there, but you have to put it in a fillapino citizens name.

Beautiful looking house but at that price can they find a buyer? For instance my house, 2 storey, in Davao near the beach is 200sqm on a 400sqm plot and probably worth around 4m. Also I am not sure about electricity costs in Dauin but my friend in Angeles City has a similar size pool and his electric bill to keep the pool filtered etc is 12-15K per month.

If u get multiple offers, you will find out what the market price is. If you don’t get multiple offers, you are paying way too much. But in Philippines, the offers are oral so you there is no way to verify them. There are no comps. Who knows what the market price is? Also, I advise any foreigner living in a plush house like that to look for a gated community. You will be dealing with too many beggars and unsavory people.

I don’t understand these prices, I built 2 story commercial building for a house with Roof Deck, Double Steel, Including big tools, Out door Shop, Indoor out door bathrooms, Diesel Generator, Supervised myself, With payouts to hardware costing 33% me, For 4.8 million, This isn’t USA, Most live in bamboo huts, Business or Political market only for this, My pool is the Ocean, Very Large, God Bless

When you have a good price you put that up front in the video, keep it on the screen and repeat the price over and over. Good price = selling point. When you're trying to get a high price you bury it. I assume the price is somewhere in the video, but I couldn't find it.

I’m a RU-vidr and trying to show in my videos a interesting story. This story is about house in the Philippines and experience from American builder how he built this house and what result he got. We mentioned price because the owner doesn’t want to hide it (many owners don’t want to say price). We can’t control the price from the owner. Some people will say it’s low, some it’s high. But it doesn’t matter at all. Because most of them weren’t going to buy a house. They just were curious for some reason. According to your comment: if someone selling anything with high quality, and lower than market price - there’s no time to make a video about it or post it online because it’s immediately sold. Can someone build this house by himself and for himself cheaper? Sure. Can anyone do it? No. So potential buyer is a person who want to get quality for his money and at the same time save on potential risks, time he’ll spend on a building, on a possible mistakes he can make and etc. It will be a person who has money and going to buy his comfort and enjoy his life right away.

I had a 3bedroom 2 bath two story built it about 5 years ago in saition . American home first home insulated 110 and 220 electric was cheep. Built with land furnished 110,000 . Bad part wife divorced me after 10 years living in the United States. She got to keep the house and I got the house in Florida but the family is OK if I stay there when I come but I’d rather not start a new life.

Alex I like this property I am a foreigner looking for a place to retire in the Philippines especially when I message a comment on juells channel about the septic system he said it was built to American standard 1000 gallon septic system you can flush your tissue paper down the toilet. Wow! You thought of everything! 200K for a house in the Philippines, where you can never own the land! Good job! It's even in the middle of the Philippine jungle! I'm sure the property value raised higher for all of the little shacks surrounding it too! Depending on what part of the US you might be from, that house and property might go for up to twice as much! But then again, It's not the United States and, oh that's right, you can never own the land! 💯

@@michaelwilson7820 Yes you can. The lot can be on a 99 year lease if I’m not mistaken but yes you can’t own the land but you can own the house and it helps if you have a Filipina wife to get the land title in her name. You can also own the fancy condos all over the Philippines.

Wow way too much! No air con in any bedrooms just one in kitchen mmm that’s a problem. Ok pool pump $$$ air con $$$ water pressure pump $$$ ever two seconds it kicks on. Electricity here cost as much as US ohh when it stays on! Water from where up the hill ohh before or after they do there laundry in it. No garage opp’s that’s a big deal or you can let your vehicles bake in the sun yea right. Once the US housing market falls which it will, it will be like a sunomi for the rest of the world especially in developing countries you will get deals like this Penney’s on the dollar. Good luck a foreigner cannot I repeat cannot own land in the Philippines.

To expensive! My family is from there. We've built houses, land and brought houses less then 20K within quiet areas in city limits too. To pay 230k for that isn't worth it. If you actually research what you can buy for that price, this house doesn't meet the standard. Especially in the Philippines. Just check out cheap luxury homes in Philippines.

Way over priced...Doubt the AC can cool that room with the kitchen. Perimeter walls are too low. What's up with sod and pebbles in a checkerboard pattern, Cabinet colors are ugly. Bet that pool gets loaded with leaves constantly. The space between the elevated garden and house looks like a flood waiting to happen. The number of sockets is nice but they do sell things called outlet strips. At 9:53, why is outside door handle pointed downward? At 14:04, Why no screens with windows? Let them mosquitos in....sheeesh

Piece of advice don’t move to Philippines it sucks boring hot and humid lawles traffic, zero consciousness of dogs and cats .. I seen an old white guy spend 10 million dollars on he’s house new cars just phenomenal house incredible, even with that I rather live in the states . Like Mike Tyson said the u.s. with all its problems it has is still the best place to live .

The main problem is that these houses are custom made, built to suit the owner. It will be extremely hard to find someone to purchase what another person likes. It would be better for any potential buyer to build their own home. I wish you well. Kiwi
