Hard to believe that the Houston Police Department actually INTENTIONALLY caught a criminal like this. What happened, Joe Reporter? Did he try to rob a donut shop and some cops walked in on him???
He was low hanging fruit. No disguise, sloppy and already in the database. But realistically they probably just followed up on Grizzys social media comments.
