This semi-automated and automated equipment was custom built for our needs and continues to evolve and improve over time. When we were starting out, there were not too many commercial brewing equipment videos on RU-vid, and it's still pretty sparse out there. This is the video we wished to have been able to enjoy as homebrewers - we hope like it!
This is an off the cuff, unscripted tour and is the second in a multi-part series where we will show you our brewhouse, cellar, packaging line, warehouse, utilities, coffee program, distillery, farm, and other locations.
This is a high level overview - if there are certain parts of the video that you'd like to see a more in-depth video on, just let us know. We are going to keep on making these videos as long as you'll have us!
We had a ton of fun making this and hope you will support the channel with a like and subscribe!

Video length is perfect! It's the attention to detail and memory retention on the can/lid counts is just wild to me. I think a cool for me (HR professional) would be to see your values system, employee structure is having multiple locations. That's also not really exciting beer knowledge, but definitely industry-insider info. Maybe a pizza tutorial as well 🤤

I'm always shocked by the abilities of machine design. I can't even fathom the effort that goes into designing, building & programming a system like this. Must be an amazing feeling to see all you've accomplished.

I'm absolutely blown away. As a homebrewer, lover of all things beer and being located in Canada, Treehouse exists almost as this fictitious example of what beer is supposed to be. These videos bring it all to life and are a great example of how nothing is ever good enough in this craft and there's always ways to do things better. I really appreciate this series and even though I don't have any aspirations to brew at a pro level, I'm taking a lot of things from the videos to improve my process. It's a 9 hour drive, but I'm already planning a pilgrimage to Treehouse in the not so distant future. Thanks for doing this. Hope to see more videos in the future.

Amazing video! Brings back memories on the packaging line for me. We unfortunately sold our bottling line because we found cans are the way to go (plus it was a HACCP nightmare). Still have a small mobile bottle filler for the sours, barley wine and imp barrel aged porter, but mostly do with just the 355, 473, 500ml and slim cans. It's crazy because we used to have a Krones before our KHM too! Now this bad boy puts out 800 cans a minute! Glad to see that your brewery hasn't gone corporate when getting that big and the staff still having fun! Keep the beer fresh and love the videos!

Can you do one about scaling up from the shed days to Monson, then Monson to Charlotte, and how difficult it was/is to replicate that sweet spot for the beers? The cans coming out of Monson were so effing good with that melon note! I still get it now, but it's sort of random batch to batch. Was it flaw or intended? Is it due to the changes in the organic ingredients? A mix of factors? Is it the yeast?
