Hello Raul, Yes, theoretically the CRISPR gene editing system could be used to modify melanin expression levels.

Question, can Criapr be applied as a treatment for conditions like myopia?

Hello Samuel, Unfortunately, myopia can not be corrected in an adult eye by genetic editing. Modifying the instructions/DNA can stop the problem in future, but it is not possible to fix things which are already defected.
