Well this was a surprise. Max pointed out that the burrs on my Timemore Chestnut Nano Grinder were still slightly abutting when grinding for espresso. This caused uneven grinding, and premature wear on the burrs. In this video, we shim up the internal stationary burr, in order to get it spinning concentrically around its axis, like it's supposed to. We go from needing to open to 12 clicks for clearance, down to 8. Just enough for espresso.
