The 95% Tibetan people you see in India 🇮🇳 are born in India. According to Citizenship Act 1950 and Citizenship Amendment Act 1987 of Indian Constitution , these people are Indian Citizen by birth. The Government of India making mockery of its constitution by denying them Citizenship.
Wow, another GREAT CONTENT! That was an amazing, useful and relevant information you had covered, Rigsang la! I bet this would definitely come handy to many Tibetans as well as a wonderful reference to anyone for that matter. Always enjoy your vlog and very much appreciate this info! Hats off!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Buddhism is a part of Hinduism, so there is nothing different weather you are a Hindu or Buddhist, Bro Even Siddharth Gautama (Buddha) was also Hindu😊❤️. Tibetan was the part of INDIA before Chinese capture it illegally 😐😐,But you will always be our brothers ❤️ , Abe ooye you are our brothers and sisters🤗🤗, jese Tibetan hamara hai base hi India tumhara hai😊❤️❤️
@Minni sorry teaching are different ?, Girl you don't even know how wide Hinduism is, no doubt Buddhism is also a large religion, but as compared to Hinduism, Buddhism is just like a sect of Hinduism,
Wow very lucky tibetan people in India ..we from Nepal we have nothing to show our identity ..exile in nepl is miserable for younger generation for Tibetan people
Thanks for sharing this, its very helpful. By the way can you please share some informations about how to make indian passport by those Tibetans whose place if birth in RC is Tibet. Thank you so much
I have already applied for my passport and it’s been more than a year and I have also done my police verification and during my appointment I also claimed that I have IC and for that they gave me one form to fill up and also submitted a copy of my IC . Since i haven’t surrendered my IC yet my passport hasn’t came . So can you please tell how to surrender my IC (thorough process)
With Indian citizenship, you can buy the land and house in India anywhere officially by Indian law and you can build up what you like. In Tibetan settlement, it's illegal to buying and sell and built up more than the law you could be in jail if police know that. You can take benefit as like Indian people in every sector. Most of the Tibetans abroad know that and investing money in a cleaver and secure way not like ancient people spending money in a settlement house and after wanted sell it quickly as know it illegal house. Tibetan abroad has lots of benefits because they don't take the benefit of CTA school and medicare and pension and the land of the lease but they travel freely the visa.
Hello Cho Rigsang la. I watched your vlog till end. It was informative. I have both IC and RC. I wanted to know when do we need to surrender them before or after we apply Indian passport? Kindly please give your feedback
If you are applying for indian passport, surrender your RC...your RC is nullified if u posses indian passport...indian govt is very strict on those who possess indian passport
Legally speaking Tibetan are those who came from Tibet. Children born to them are Indian Citizen by birth under Citizenship Act 1950 and Citizenship Amendment Act 1987 of Indian Constitution. Well CTA is indirectly discouraging people from applying Indian Citizenship. Cos if they said those who apply can’t live in restricted place which is otherwise known as Tibetan camp. But CTA never question Indian Citizen like Dolma Gyari, Lhagyari Namgyal Dolkar and Ling Rinpoche cos they all not only live in restrictive place like Dharamsala and Mundgod but also hold position in CTA and Monasteries respectively. Common people are enforced with such laws. Hypocrites of the highest order!
Lobsang Sangay and many are holding also foreign citizenship in CTA membership and those are also living in Tibetan settlements and doing the political activity and that is double standards.
@@sungmaa4345 yes bro, Lobsang Sangay, Pema chinjor, Dickey Chhoyang, late gyari lodoe Gyaltsen etc. I have mentioned only those holding Indian Citizenship. And Lobsang Sangay is well known for US citizen and all his dirty politics to destabilize CTA and Tibetan Community
thank you brother, its really informative to us besides I need to ask you something that what if I don't have birth cirterficate then how should I apply. when I go through all the comments giving below but no one has ask you about that...suppose if I come from tibet at very young age and stay in india more 20 years...???
Class 10 marks card, Aadhar and PAN Card is also accepted as legit document for birth proof. However, if your place of birth is mentioned as Tibet in either RC/IC then your application will be rejected 👍
Hi, i have a lil queries since we are at this topic. I wanna ask that i dont have IC actually so is it okay to surrender only RC? Will that be acceptable for making passport or you need both of them to surrender. Please share your thoughts about it.. 🙏 thank you
I want to apply for Indian passport for my mother. However, she has never been to school since she is from Tibet so is it acceptable without a school certificate? Note: Birth certificate and RC place of birth address as India.
@@sonamkyap2000 this is not the case, you can apply but need to surrender IC n RC at time of application. This will be taken care by Own RPO.. ya don't need to do anything.. by any chance, if you are trying to make birth certificate by any means Make sure date of birth is before 1986.. Then.. cool
I thk the Tibetan govt in India 🇮🇳 should cut ties withBritain both ofically n socially for time being after the pro Khalistan stormed the Indian Embassy…It’s time we Tibetans show our loyalty to this great nation of India 🇮🇳 who hv given refuge to HH n us for past 75 yrs…Our loyalty should b with India n not the west…I m a Tibetan n a citizen ..I pay my income tax to this great nation of India 🇮🇳..I hv an Indian passport n don’t hv RC.
Thank u Rigsang la for ur helpful information. I’ll be very important info to all the Tibetans living in India I think. But there are many Tibetans without IC nor RC. What about them.? Can they apply for the passport.Do u have any idea? Thank u again
Hello genla , so born in Tibet and live in india 15years and have 10 board certificate and residence address and all. Is that possible to apply india passport .🙏
Rigsang la, currently I m staying in Bangalore, so I want to apply my Indian password in banglore as my adhar address is in banglore. but the question is my RC was registered at Arunachal Pradesh. So still can I apply my Indian password in Bangalore. Please your advise will be very much helpful for me . Thank you
You need to surrender your RC/IC at regional passport office. Therefore RC being registered at Arunachal might be an issue. But I can’t say it with certainty. Try transferring your RC to Bangalore.
