No, he just needs to blame it on the brainwashing the dolphins did while they had captured and tortured him in violations of his rights as a POW. The dolphins didn't sign the Geneva Conventions, primarily because the meetings were held on land, the cetaceans weren't invited, and don't have hands or thumbs with which to sign anything.
Apologize when you honestly feel you've done something wrong and someone has brought it to your attention. The rest of the time, yeah, they can piss off. "I'm offended!" is not a statement that entitles anyone to anything by itself.
@Peters6221 I agree, and neither does being offended by petty things that you don't like somehow put you in the right, or make you anything more than whiny. Some things should offend everyone, such as racism and systemic discrimination, but being offended by something doesn't entitle you (not you personally obviously) to be treated as if you were right or even an apology from the person who offended you.
Were people actually mad about that Democrat joke? 😂😂😂 Seriously people, enough with getting angry about political stuff, spend time directing your anger at the real enemies. You know the ones, they’ve got fins
I love his goal to trigger as many people as possible within the first 5 minutes of the video This is one of the many reasons why generation tech is one of my favorite channels
The Jokes are hilarious bro, if people are that easily offended then they should just not interact with others in any capacity! Awesome channel, keep up the great content!!
3:57 How much did the Force extend Yoda's lifespan versus how long his species normally lived? Did the philosophical frog get a big extention due to the Force?
@@HotCheetos1995 true, Yoda's life span really depends on how long Elmer's glue and those acrylic paints used for his puppet are designed to last. Maybe a few decades in a cool dry place.
I've been watching you for years, this video is just gold. I love your sense of humor! Hoping to bump into you and your amazing better half sometime here in Los Angeles. - A fellow Ewok meat connoisseur
Subspace is using gravity vibrations or the vibrations of space itself. Whether it’s him or some energy field or dimension other than radio waves, some aspect of space itself it’s sub-space, instead of photons so it’s actually faster and is less susceptible to interference. It can be Interfered with but not in the same way as photons. They also have scanning and communication-energy types like you said that are better than radio and photons. Old style comms like our do still exist. they are even able to sense for life signs and to detect the signatures of types and kinds of objects not just their apparent photon reflections, but 3d scans of shapes or concepts analyzed by the onboard computer to know generally what is being looked at. Much better stuff than we have.
Hilarious intro. You made my morning much better. I can't stop laughing! On a serious note, I seem to remember in an E.U. book something about all sorts of people hacking the Holonet. Can't seem to remember which one, though.

"or about 10 liters per centimeter in metric" i love this quote. im gonna use it the way i see it here (this will be stupidly more difficult to explain without pictures) goes a little something like this. all of reality (third dimensional space as we exist in) exists on the threads of the fabric that make up the universe. our 3rd dimensional matter can ONLY exist on these threads except in rare cases like the hyper drives. the hyper drive opens up a space in between the threads and moves between them to bypass the laws of reality while still being able to interact with that 3rd dimensional world to an extent. since the matter can only exist on those threads, an object moving between the threads wont interact with it (the way we imagine it would) and just simply moves between it in between those threads and since the matter can only exist on those thread we dont observe the matter to distort as the object passes through it. (only way i can perceive a ship moving through hyper space to not get obliterated by random space debris). but since your still operating within those threads and interacting in a way you can still use sensors to detect gravity wells and object you simply cant just pass through. like planets. matter distorts space. gravity is a distortion of that space and as such so is hyper space travel. i am by no means an astro physicist nor do i pretend to understand the quantum mechanics behind such things. im just a guy whos spent many years researching these things in his free time and listening to hypotheses from well known scientists and trying to follow along. just a normal guy trying to visualize mathematical equations and theoretical physics so if anyone who actually is qualified to talk about this and went to school for this could elaborate or fix some issues on my explanation or debunk it entirely i will welcome it. (just be nice to me alright im not an expert)
I admire and commend you for showing that both sides can be backhole hurt ninnies at a low level and downright corrupt at high levels on both sides. The enemy is war. Like in Gundam you ever gonna cover Gundam I love Gundams especially watching Amuro & Camile getting slapped around for not wanting to pilot. I think Shinji Ikaru watched too much Gundam ok thats enough MechQuq jokes Hail Zeon Zum Deikun, Hail Casval Rem Deikun (Gundam Origins id sooo good) Seig Zeon.
Man I've been with you for awhile and you're getting funnier and funnier thanks for not bending the knee to the outrage mob make the jokes YOU want to make
You didn't mention that there is a long range and a short range transmitter on starships (cut to the scene where Obi Wan's long range transmitter is broken in AOTC and he couldn't transmit a message to Coruscant anymore). And also the fact that communications by holonet can be jammed (cut to the scene in TPM where Palpatine disappears as he is talking to the Queen)
Funny, I just saw a RU-vid clip of Bill Burr on Conan saying, "it's so easy to offend people nowadays, you have to do it!" Although, I have to say my favorite running joke of Alan's is his mispronunciation of names, including his own. 😆

It's not Force users that are closely related that can telepathically message, it's Force users that have *boinked.* Thats how Luke and Leia were able to communicate in TESB, but not ANH. They fooled around on Hoth. And how do you think Jedi Masters and Apprentices were able to maintain such a close psychic connection, a _celibate religious order that kidnaps children_ - do I have to spell it out for you? No wonder they were all so into repression. And Yoda, that deviant hornbag… He was able to feel when all the Jedi died, he'd been the boss since before anyone else was even born, he must've taken advantage of and sampled every new recruit. He was pathological - even on Dagabah he clambered all over Luke's back and went for a ride.
They could use spooky action at a distance which can cause data transfer over the length of universe instantaneously All you require is two particles which are quantum entangled
In my opinion, the impossibility of superluminal communication in real life will be one of the main factors to a disappointing future even when we've achieved a utopian level of society. Everyone wonders about faster than light travel but superluminal communication is nearly if not just just as important. Even with FTL travel, a civilization without superluminal communication could lose contact with it's colonies and even lead to a situation similar to WH40K and let's be honest, aside from battle, there's nothing worthwhile doing around there (no offense to WH40K, it's one of the most badass and brutal fictional universes around in all of pop culture).
There are a lot of sci-fi authors who write stories based on the fracturing of humanity's expansion due to the lack or breakdown of fast communications.
@@MonkeyJedi99 And it seems likely that such tales will be repeated by us in the future, even when we've somehow managed to avoid extinction in the 3rd millennium.
@@ExcaliburHeavyBattlecruiser It does make sense. Look at what happened when the big European maritime countries settled colonies across week-wide oceans. The people living there started to wonder why they were taking orders and paying taxes to a government so far away that it can't respond to emergencies if it wanted to. So they got all independent-minded, formed their own rebellious governments, and with some level of armed conflict broke away from their parent culture.
But if the Yuu Zong Vong were cut off from the force, the giant flesh balls couldnt use said force to communicate over long distances. Unless it was the sentient beings in the Yuu zong that were affected by the lack of force
Any thoughts on communicating in hyperspace? Before Rogue One I thought it was taken as a given that you couldn't send messages while in it... But your explanation of how the Holonet works seems to suggest an explanation. Interesting in any case.
I've been watching his videos for about a year and a half and I just realized the generation tech screen on his computer is a edited picture over the screen 😂😂😂
