Amazing video sir thanks so much for sharing! I've done the 30-sec test you mentioned in this video and I didn't feel any pain at my lower back. However, my x-Ray result did say that there is a min disc space NARROWING in L4/L5 and L6/S1 and I do experience muscle stiffness in the morning, after a while of doing house chores and later on in the evening. But I'm only 24 so would u say that I have DDD and if so - how should I alleviate the muscle soreness at my lower back?

Good info. I 100% have it which I knew. I am trying everything I can to reduce it.

A good video it is. I have checked it out. I am just over 50 and played sports my whole life. The SI joint area is my worst area and is improving. If I go intense or run hard, then it worsens,. Lighter moves like these seem to help significantly. I'm trying MK7 and bone builders in addition to proto enzymes to reduce inflammation. Thanks for the reply. I am always trying to learn new things. I am going to a NUCCA chiro who has helped some with the upper back and a bit on lower end, but I need put in the work and the right kind of work. Walking, stretching, and exercise aimed at balancing the muscles in the front and back. I do still play ball which I know aggravates it, but my recovery time is becoming less. I do some trigger point work with balls too. That seems to help. Any other ideas would be appreciated. I have you subscribed. Thanks for the reply!
