This year, I took it upon myself to let go of all the imaginationships. I'm extending grace towards myself to let go of friendships, which have been empty and void of care and respect for a number of years. I'm in a season of isolation and learning how to walk the road with the Most High. We so easily deny ourselves the grace we extend to others. Know that you are worthy and that you are loved and that you are more beautiful than you could ever know.❤❤❤❤

nothing but confirmation. it took me like almost two years to go ahead and go through with it but when I say God his truly given me peace surpasses understanding and I’m not angry or bitter I’m just excited about getting all of me back and doing what I need to do. Thank You God
You couldn’t have had this content at a better time, I am transitioning from this right now. I have stopped associating from these two “friends “ because I realized in retrospect that they committed the same actions with me for years. I finally accepted that this is how they always moved. I FINALLY chose to remove MYSELF from them and feel very liberated.
Once you set boundaries and recognize your worth the decision to let go is easy. The actual process of letting go is a plan because it may take some time depending on your situation with that person. GREAT VIDEO!🦋🦋

Thank you for this beautiful message. I find myself often upset because there are a lot of tings that could have been avoided.. and I wanted it to work out so badly. But I couldnt force that person to become a better person for me. They would dip their toes into healing for us and then run and it made me become so angry with them. Couldnt understand because if they loved me like they said & showed then they would do it for the both of us! 💔 once I realized deep down that they were never going to change, I became an angry person to them and the world. It hurt. Because I would’ve done anything for them and they could not. They knew I would never let go because I am just that loyal, so they kept hurting me until I was forced to let them go.. Felt like they threw me out like trash in the end… I learned never to allow someone to disrespect and discard me like that.
The person is just not spiritually there but I'm supposed to settle and accept the no substance no depths no nothing just a spiritual heavy weight I'm carrying in all conversations just a mundane connection. Nah it isn't for me. I realized it had been me this whole time carrying everything and I actually fell in love with myself. It was me this whole time I was trying to hold on to.
This applies to family. Abandonment is a deep wound that takes so much out of your spirit. When they decide that they will not show up to meet you where you are, is rejection in repeat 💔 Oh how I long to have this connection but I must look at this in the reality. It’s about the “When”.

This was better than words can express. A True, reality check. I choose to build me up, and focus my energy in my dreams and ideas. I could've been a home owner and a traveler, doing things I like to do; by now. But, I allowed others to talk me down and focus on their goals and ideas; after being yelled at, and belittled. Now that this person was put in jail.
I can’t change the Christians I fellowship with who make me feel drained, I just have to find a new group to fellowship with. This is really hard and painful to leave those I consider my family 😔

I felt since I shared a child with this person, there was no way my child wouldn't know their father, but the disrespect was very bad not just to me but our child too. I had so much fear of having a male child who was fatherless and become a stereotype. But with therapy prayer/meditation and tiredness of trying to be accomadating and respectfully share my concerns and being met with some of the most hurtful words.I finally got the courage to go no contact 3 months ago as it was so unhealthy. Sent a prayer and released him with love.

Submit our all to God and I say this because, if you have been pushed up until that corner where u having thoughts of letting go, then, that's a clear indication that u should let go!

I am in a relationship with a great person, treats me well but he has emotional connections with his daughters' mother and ex's that text on a regular basis..the daughter is 50!! I've never gone through his phone but I feel these attachments are the reason he doesn't want to make a commitment or get married..we have family that live an hour from each other when we vacation and he hasn't invited me to his family's home but he has been to mine..this year i know i need to make a decision. Narcissist we have 2 kids, family disrespected, he disrespects me keeps testing me & I understand that Narcissist will never accept that you love them tho they say it because they don't love them selves they belive that no one could love them so I know I have to leave. If I stay he's gonna keep attacking me why? Because when a Narcissist attacks you an empath it always back fires & they do need our energy when it keeps happening they get angry so they keep coming up with ways or every chance they get to do so they take it & it's a complete battlefield.
It took my own personal journey to reach this space. I too would allowed the few good moments to out weigh the bad. Across the board, family, friends, men. I also had to look at my own why..Once I saw myself, others became clear.🦋
