I stopped one day. and did not look back.i don't want to again. that's the cycle it left me in. Actually no. Repent and get baptized and pray for a spouse.. and THEN God will give the best man/woman for you. You must come to marriage being clean. So if you're still in sin you must be cleansed by the only way possible: the blood of Christ. Stand up to your sins by loving Jesus more than your sin and flesh. He must increase and we must decrease. "Watch and pray, that you enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." (Matthew 26:41 KJV) So PRAY PRAY PRAY and RESIST always. FLEE the devil and he will depart from you. FLEE. Anytime you're tempted, get busy! Leave that chair and computer, leave that room. Go walk, go run, go cook, do something anything that will separate you from acting upon that sin. Go sit with your mom your family, call a friend whatever. But most importantly do not starve your spirit, that way satan cannot overpower you, for there is POWER in the Word of God. And you know it. Keep praying and reading the Word, and seek counsel from people you know have overcome this sin, whether it be a friend or online such as these youtube videos. Amen brother Bruno. But everytime i went back to that same situation knowing so well that i should not be going to it , i cama back more and more empty especially when i felt ashamed to pray and ask for forgiveness and I would then falk back into my depression and hit the bottle. a cycle of empytness at the bottom of a bottle and at the end of sexual sin always the same cycle. I am now focusing my life with Jesus and the Most High and even though i long for that love for companioship Jesus strenghtens me everyday and I have been truly learning so much . keep praying seek your love from Jesus and the Most High and your life gets better.

God's love for you is as big as the universe. It's unshakeable and he has a legion of angels and extra back up on standby just for you. Everyday !! Just go to our loving father God and confess all your sins (sex, lies, gossiping or anything else). Ask for the Holy Spirit to guide you henceforth. Then show your real contrition by cutting all ties with the person or situations that make you stumble. Otherwise, you will remain a a treadmill to nowhere. You cannot steal often and ask a Judge to let you off each time. Satan (Harsatan "the accuser") will use your guilt and your complicity to manipulate you into despair and more sins. Jesus already nailed all your sins to the cross, wiped you clean with his precious blood, and restored you to Gods original plan as described in Genesis - be fruitful and multiply by SUBDUING and having DOMINION over EVERYTHING on earth. Keishamae, I found this to be a struggle and I think that once we decide that we want to be free, we out number our flesh. Our Flesh, Our Spirit being, and our Holy Spirit...once we decide to which side we want to please we overcome the other ( but it has to go beyond just words). I told myself that I want to side with God and what's right so I tapped into His power, which went beyond my own, to do so. I turned from everything that presented an opportunity dor me to be fed lust (music, movies, books, ppl, social media, etc) Then I watched clean movies, listened yo christian radio music, read scriputes that targeted my struggle, read scripturs about God's power, and I talked to God, asking for his help and strength. No, it wasn't all roses and sunshine at first, but it got easier. However, once free, don't go back bcuz it will be harder the next time. I love you and pray for me as I pray for you
