Muscular and cardiovascular endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Precision.
The purpose of this training is to prepare the soldier for survival conditions. They mainly carry out functional training, which is usually divided into warm-up exercises, strength resistance, and obstacle courses.
