How do we cut the glass on the CyberRoadster to perfect it... 

Looking great. Might be worth making a fiberboard template for window glass to check fit while you figure out how to get cut/shaped.

Eddie at Kotto Auto Glass cut down a huge Impala windshield to fit a little 1973 Saab 96 for the TV show Wheeler Dealers.

The rear glass looks great, but you should add some sort of drain port so water doesn't pool. Also, can you just modify to turn the bulbs/projector 90 degrees inside the fog light housing?

The side windows will fit if you limit the travel to to the top, then you will not need to cut it.

Just incredible… Regarding the door glass-have you checked with a hot glass studio to see if the can make it? They would create a mold and form it to the curvature you need. Just not sure how perfect they can get it.

On the rear glass, are you adding protective weather stripping? Just thinking how it would be affected by rain.

I know you just primed but you need to add some seams to the rear. Those sharp coroners and flat decks covered in bondo will flex. The bondo will eventually crack and ruin the paint.

that is not your only option... you make the glass template out of the same thinkness aluiminum... then you can bend it to the proper shape as well as cut the correct shape.... then you can send you aluminum template in to have a mold made and then they make the glass... this process has been done for years....

Can you not crack those fogs open and rotate the light assembly 90 degrees?

Have you tried a oem factory that can manufacture the glass to spec i know some factories in india that can do that you can look something up

What about taking a diamond glass blade and put it on the angle grinder and cut the glass with that had a little bit extra so you can use sandpaper and smooth the edge

The windows are laminated glass so if yu go to a class company and talk to them they have the right cutters that will cut it down and heat the lami between the glass and then cut it that should work

U have to pt alcohol on where u want to cut it. Then lignht it up and then cut it

I've cut glass for years with a wet tile saw.... consider that

Why not just taking the base glass and put it on the new one and sign on the old one.
