Dave Simonich is a master of inhuman, gurgly, disgusting metal vocals. And I love it. We've been trying to get him on the channel for YEARS, but with his tour schedule, writing, and just being a vocal monster, the stars didn't align until Signs of The Swarm dropped Dreamkiller! This song is a bit more close to the chest and focuses on lyrical concepts, but do not fear, its still heavy as FUGG. Stick around until the end of the video to see me kinda fail as his low technique

David is the GOAT in my opinion. He has the most unique vocals in the genre, his lyrics are never bland or cliche, he ALWAYS goes hard live, and Signs has never made a bad song while he’s fronted the band. He’s the best, no question.

Always love extra wetness in deathcore vocals. Dry, cavernous lows are pretty cool, but the dripping wet high snarls are always welcome. BRING THE SALIVA!

If you haven heard them already, you might like To The Grave. Dane has some of the gurgliest lows I've ever heard, and some of the most unique highs too, he somehow makes a buzzsaw-like sound, it's insane

Dave is such an amazing guy. The first Deathcore show I ever went to was when he toured with Worm Shepherd for the Absolvere tour. I went up to Dave and told him that it was my first show ever and the dude went out of his way to make it the best show I would ever be to. I'm talking signed merch, mic grab moments, etc. Such a class act. Fuckin love the guy

Saw him in Oberhausen a week ago and oh my god he’s a beast!! Great stage presence and killer live vocals,, amongst the low and empty & tower of torsos are unbelievably insane live and his voice just gets down into your bones. So happy to have found Signs and got to see them live with Shadow of intent

My wive Irina an me met David at the Indra Club gig in Hamburg. It was absolutely awesome. It is a very small club and SoS made the crowd completely goin nuts. He is so kind of a person and took all the time after the gig for every fan. As we told him that we know you he told that you are good friends and he sends you best and kind regards and hopes to make another video like this ;) Hopefully we see YOU back soon in our flat via skype ;)

I practice my vocals with my kids in the car by singing the Disney songs they love in harsh vocals lol my son and daughter are obsessed with Will Ramos and I’ve got my son starting to listen to SotS and he just JAMS. His vocals are pretty solid for a 4 yr old (and even my 3yr old girl lol) but I’m trying to make sure he’s doing his “monster singing” safely. It’s hard to teach littles lol

Saw Signs this past Friday for their Pittsburgh show! Not my first time seeing them but just wanted to say it was a killer show and noticed Dave wandering around the crowd and head banging to other bands was so wholesome! Love these guys!!

Sighns of the swarm is my fav band and dreamkiller is my fav song by the band. This song has a meaning for me. It has Shed some tears a lilltle at times and most of the time I jam it.

Dave is my vocal idol. Favorite singer for a long time now. I wish I could scream like that, I had talent like 10 years ago , sounded decent but always gor coarse after like 2 songs. It wasn't good for my voice even though I'm pretty sure my technique was correct

Love seeing musicians that are into tattooing! I got tattooed by the guitarist of Inspirit/Vanna (Nick Lambert) without even knowing he was a guitarist until the day before the session 😅. Nick does awesome traditional work and is a super nice guy. The lead singer of New Found Glory tattoos (black/grey work) as well as the old vocalist of For The Fallen Dreams (that blew me off when we agreed on an appointment during Warped Tour when they rolled through 😡). If anybody else is aware of great tattoo artists that are involved in music plz reply to this with a heads up so I can check them out; Maybe I’ll find a cool new band to love and/or a great artist to grab a tattoo from.
