I would honestly say that Luffy should be significantly faster than 10x lightspeed by this point; not only does Luffy actually have laser dodging feats in the pre timeskip, and not only is the difference in speed between base Luffy and gear 4 indicated to be massive (base Luffy was roughly equal to Doffy in speed, gear 4 could blitz Doffy over 500 meters), but Luffy’s current base should be faster than his Gear 4 self in Dressrosa and Whole Cake.

Oda in the sbs literally said that luffy had to move the speed of light to do that final attack against enel. Why are people forgetting that. Foxy beams are made out of photons, they were light speed. Luffy didn't even have gear 2 yet. One piece is literally one of the easiest to know there speed. Need to literally read the story

I have many scales to scale luffys speed but I’ll go with the super lowball. No 3d2y. Zoro dodges these beams heavily suppressed which makes luffy at least lightspeed. Ichigi blitzedhis own lightspeed beams which was stated. So using the distance and how far he traveled it’s accepted to be 10 times the speed of light, katakuri beats him making him 10 times faster then light. Luffy base matched katakuri and with his gear 4 is stated to have 3 times multiplayer which is stupid for many reasons but let’s go with it. 10 times 3 = 30 times faster then light.

Luffy dodging lightspeed beams and saying too slow is already a dead giveaway that Luffy is lightspeed+ at post-ts. Luffy then gets stronger with each fight he has had since, and at pre-wano he gets blitzed by a normal kaido even at G4 luffy who has future sight. Then post-wano he can then easily tangle against a serious hybrid Kaido and mid-diff Kaido in g5. Luffy is probably 100x lightspeed (just a made up number, but the point is he is much much much faster than light at this point) Kizaru training and being able to go faster than light therefore has to be the most obvious choice since it would be weird to assume an admiral is capped at lightspeed, when he needs to be able to tango with Yonkos

it cannot be just reaction time due to coO [that is called aim dodging] luffy calls the light beams slow you don't call a bullet slow after you aim dodge it hence the reaction speed argument due to coO is false luffy is faster then light fresh out of post-time skip

I dont think people realise just how fast light speed is and that if your using real life ideas nothing can actually move at light speed. and if charcters were that insanely fast they could go around the planet in milliseconds even one pieces planet that is much larger than earth.

Scaling luffy speed pretty easy. In thriller bark kuma was stated in the Manga to have an attack that moves at light speed called the pad cannon. Zoro while heavily fatigued and injured was able to dodge multiple of these attacks spammed at him making zoro ftl. Luffy and Zoro are said to be relative pre time skip, making luffy also ftl. In the 3d2y light novel luffy runs into a man named world who can increase his power and speed by 100 fold and in his base form speed blitzes luffy,Making base form world ftl. World with his df increase is 100xftl making full power world ftl+. Luffy outpaces and outperform world and defeats him, making luffy ftl+. And this is pre timeskip luffy. In dressrosa arc a much stronger faster luffy faces doffy. Where intern we see gear 4th so, it was stated it increases his power by several times, several meaning more than 3 so lowballing gear 4th luffy is 300xftl. Lowballing gear 2 is a 1.2x multiplier so 375xftl. On whole cake island arc luffy fights katakuri where he gets a zenkai like boost. In the beginning of the fight katakuri as he states multiple times that he was far stronger and faster than luffy. He was even shown speed blitzing a gear 4th luffy. Later in the fight luffy actually starts matching katakuri in base form, outperforming gear 4th luffy earlier meaning his multipliers reset. So base luffy is 375 times ftl meaning now a gear 4th luffy is 1025xftl. Haki is said to bloom in the middle of fights stated by both Rayleigh and zoro, he's also done this in the 3d2y light novel and so you can't say it's an outlier. In wano gear 4th luffy gets perception blitzed by kaido. In there next encounter we can see luffy speed blitz kaido in his base. Meaning once again luffy multiplier resets and now base luffy is 1025xftl and gear 4th is now 3025xftl

Just because Kizaru is lightspeed, doesn't mean he's the fastest in the verse or that he can't be faster than light

This is nonsense. The premise is wrong. Just because you can dodge something with observation haki doesnt mean you move faster than it. The speed of the laser beams is rhe following: aiming+charging+travel time. Lets say the travel time is zero. Then it all depends on the mastery and reflexes of the user. Plain and simple. If you don't have observation haki, you can't dodge.

One piece speed scales are so ridiculous like the main argument they bring is photon beams but same luffy got blitza by kizaru in the next arc. And it's even hilarious how some people measure him to MFTL+ just cuz a character stated "100 times faster" they suddenly say his MFTL guys that logic is literally beyond stupid. reaction speed is consider a short movement and just cuz he dodge a Laser dosent mean his FTL it's his reaction speed and in 3:36 its clearly aim dodging.

Luffy gear 2 is even faster than kizaru

I like the video and the idea for the series But I disagree with the speed you gave for luffy I did some calcs myself and the dodge isn’t even light speed. The best you can get out of the movements he performs during the dodge is actually about a fifth of lightspeed ofc he still has multipliers for the gears so that increases his speed considerably but he’s not faster than light in base and well with the calcs I did I got about 8 times light speed in gear 4 as a highball and 4 as a lowball with a different original number for the speed during the dodge but he could be faster Either way, good vid and an interesting idea for a series

Kizaru is not lightspeed, actually light rays have been shown to appear on targets' face before Kizaru/his attack actually reaches the target. The feats contradict the statements, therefore Kizaru is not lightspeed
