I love her so much. When she answered that question about feeling more confident just because she's in such a good shape she was like "NOO, I feel stronger and it improve my posture". You don't need to have a wonderful body to be confident ! 👏🏻👏🏻

Facts. As someone who was once skinny and got into lifting years ago, that shit never did anything for my confidence. I just wanted to improve my strength and overall health, especially since I had back issues. Whenever I hear someone mention confidence I know it's a PR response or just show bullshit rhetoric they heard others say.

John Wonder I guess, if you say so. But I think that confidence shit is just a mental thing. If you think it, you feel it. I wasn't anymore confidence through my body transformation. I did feel a lot better about my overall physical health which can be mistaken for confidence I suppose. But if someone is shy or just not outspoken, it won't change because their body did. I just don't believe that nonsense.

Sadly not helping. I speak it everyday, but English has become my dominant language. I moved to the U.S. at a young age and I've now lived in the U.S. for more years than Israel, so it's natural that I'm adapting the american accent

Cool fact: she said you can't act strength. you either are or not she lost 2 in in the waist and gained wieght..... she was pregnant during the filming and her costume had a green front to cover her belly...she did all that and she was showing... that's one tough lady

Jose Colella most girls in the IDF dont realy go throgh though training some do, but Gal in the militry was a sporte trainer wich normaly just trains people in the gim or runing marathons and some Krav Maga and stuff but not like doing super intense training that transform your body complitly like the guys do so it is hard for her

She was too skinny/ skinny, which is why I initially opposed her being cast, but now that she is more muscularly thick, like Wonder Woman and her thick legs, I now support Gal 100%. Weight-training (which includes Yoga & other body-building exercises) and a nutritious low-sugar (a simple carbohydrate)/ low-starch (i.e. bread, pasta, etc.) diet will transform any person's body into a fit sexy machine!

Having seen her in person when she was modeling - she is a lot more fit and has a lot more muscle mass than before. She doesn't need to build muscle like men, plus women show muscle differently depending on the type of training she was put into. I'm sure it was a lot more to do with building strength and definition rather than bulk her up.

I just saw the film I'm still not a fan of her physically but she did a good job. As for her workout routine she did Tone a little bit and gained muscle however she should have gone on a bulk. I'm a fan of physical fitness and I work out a lot myself, I have met a lot of women strong women that have a lot of muscle definition. Gal Gadot if I met her in person I would consider her body type average so I think they should have gone on a bulk because she would look stronger and of course intimidating. I mean come on this is a woman who can take on Superman

Arsenal Gaming well probably the fact that there is no real visible muscle definition on her body, and her legs are still about the size of a storks. I've seen little girls with better muscle definition on their thighs. There are a lot of women in the world who are both talented, and capable of looking more like a warrior, and can actually gain muscle. Her as Wonder Woman is like the guy from big bang theory playing Wolverine.
