Oh man now that I know that I'd mention that every time to my opponents with something like alexios or slicer on the board. Ive been playing for 8 or 9 years and did not know that.

@@johnnygoodman8262 unfortunately that's because it's not intuitive to work this way and when mtg was released trample actually didn't work this way. Wizards changed the rules to how trample works in 1998 during Urza's Saga block. Frankly speaking it's a bad change to a keyword that should work exactly as you a player would expect it to.

I was thinking the same thing. I've loved every single assassin's creed game, but definitely get that it's not for everyone, but appreciate some acceptance of this set instead of hate on it

I feel like it's not a good idea to play a card only for it to be pitched to either chrome mox or solitude. What if you don't draw anything that pitches it? And when it enters the Battlefield, what does it do? Nothing. What does it do the turn after? Doesn't really matter, the risk for it being a dead card is just too high.

@@coreyspencer3635 yeah Magda already does the vehicle dwarf thing in mono red so not too difficult to manage especially with black and blue at your disposal now

I'm trying out the new ashling and eventually youll want it off the board or it will draw you out. The lazotep quarry is so good for sacking it plus if need be I can get my dockside I had to rummage away or any other creature I may need. It's so good.

@@JusteGeorges you are aware that you can still use Heliod's lower cost on your turn right? The deck is nicknamed "Wheeliod" for a reason. You just play apple, wheel, tap apple, play a low cost card, flash apple with Hullbreak Horror, now you can infinite;y use their cards and exile all the current player... since opponents drew 7 cards EACH (21)... You can literally infinite cycle Mana Vault for 3 colorless since mana of any type can be used to cast the spells that will now all cost only their pips... and because Heliod doesn'y say "you can only cast cards in your hand as if they had flash" you can literally cast any card exiled with the apple as if it had flash...
