great, great series of videos, pretty much everything you can think of and some things you wouldn't think of. Many thanks for this Jewel Grand series, I subscribed because these videos are so well done.

What other beer did they have on tap? Do they serve any hard seltzers like High Noon, etc.? Do they have drink service around the pool or do you just have to order at one of the bars?
The beer selection was pretty weak. There definitely wasn't high noons. There were servers that came around to take orders but bc the pools were close to the pool side bars sometimes it was faster to get your own drinks
Me and my wife are going, are all these restaurants included in the all inclusive (waves etc) or is it a separate charge and the “all inclusive” is just buffet stuff??
Orchids is only open for dinner on Fridays. Crickets over near Sabal (Tower 1) is not Tex-Mex, it's Jamaican food (bammies, rice and peas, etc ). And you can indeed order food from either Crickets or Pierside while lying on the beach simply by asking one of the many beach servers to bring it to you (without having rented a cabana). Also, the Silver Palm Cafe in Tower 2 is currently closed.
The food was just ok. Some restaurants better than others. No buffet for dinners is a drawback since you are forced to eat at one of the very warm restaurants. The service in all of the restaurants was slow. Which makes it worse when they are so warm. The lobby bar is the only good bar.
