How I apply watercolour washes over a pencil drawing 

Fairly typical of my technique, using Cotman basic watercolors, cerulean blue, yellow ochre, umber, cad red, cad yellow
Simple sketches are made more interesting with a few watercolor washes. Let me know your thoughts.
