Just remember what paid for Dave's building folks...... It's YOU! (buying his books or him pushing his "Endorsed Local Provider's" which he gets a kickback/commission/royalty.......)

@@kaohsiung99 buying the building out right is a problem i bought a business and am buying my first building .lease with option to buy is always good though ... personally i hope to die with 5-10 million in debt and let the banks figure it out . but i am not selling courses and books and trying to leave a business to my kids .
