Wood-fired pizza oven built in the traditional way with quality refractory material for the dome and the ground. The flue was made with a stainless steel pipe d = 25cm and connected to the existing draft. The vault was covered with fine sand and insulated with rock wool on the surface.The exterior was made with sandblasted bricks and colored facing mortar.
It took about 45 hours of work.
