You don't happen to know if it's possible to get the cart bits of that unit do you? I bought the body of it secondhand thinking I could just buy the legs etc later, but cant' find it on their website.
Great video! Definitely use hot water when cleaning. I also would not let all that sugar go down the drain. It can harden back up in your drain pipes over time. Put a separate value of of your hot water tank, where you can hook a water hose to it and just spray the main sugar off outside. Then bring in for final clean with soap.
that's what I do with mine. The Pam makes all the sugar on the side fall of in chunks, easy to toss in trash. I take it outside hose it off then wipe with soapy rag and rinse.
hallo thank you for your video i ask you: is it possible to poor from the tab straight in the hole water inside? i saw people doing that.. isn t that dangerous..? thanks
yep I saw a lot of videos with people who turn the machine on and put water into it when it's running, does the work perfectly. Safe according to you? Because I tried and definitely it's amazing, super easy to clean and super fast
My man I’m no expert but you doing that way to hard. I have the vivo machine not sure if your machine is the same looks just like mine. But I Let it run get hot as it’s running take a cup of water and slowly a little at a time pour into the head where you pour the sugar it will steam up and dissolve all the candy. Looks like someone at one time was trying to chip the candy off the head and dinged it up pretty good the water keeps from having to chip or scrape. After it dissolves the sugar then just wipe it down and dry it good. Great advice on the clear wrap I like that and will definitely use it in the future.
Yea I forgot to mention you can spray some water with a small spray bottle or cup of water you are right about the candy getting steamed when getting hot . Great tip 👍
Yea the Spinning wheel is kind of beat up.. my sister uses the Machine alot she's been beating the Spinning wheel to get the Hard sugar off.. Wrong way smh..👎
Yes, you're doing it the hard way - We pour almost one gallon of hot water, to clean our machines. Let the machine run,, until it flosses the rest of the sugar, after you can pull the faucet sprayer inside of the machine or boil some water and slowly throw it inside of the head, you'll see it melt the sugar inside the head and also from the bowl itself, it also help to remove the sugar that gets stuck underneath, without removing the top part, or the head. - To remove the burn, we mix vinegar/water or for a deep use clean Ezoff. (To remove the melted hard sugar, let the machine run at full speed, and slowly use a flat head screwdriver) (Most of the time just hot water will remove all the sugar)
One best things is : to clean every time you finish using it. Never let any remaining sugar on the head. Make sure you turn the heater first then the motor. Then pour water into it while still letting the motor run. Another thing to prevent sticky sugar on the bowl wall and on the lip of the head is to rub lightly cooking oil on it. Enjoy and good luck
Is it the same one ? Check the Fuse Box , also check that the heat and spin button are on. The metal dish must be sitting right in order to function. Check that is tight and not loose.
$85 to Rent Out we include 50 servings and the sugar floss . This year ill be doing some changes on prices so maybe the Concession Stands will go for $100 since they are very popular for Gender Reveals and Birthday Parties

Hi Toney, I’m working on a new Cleaning TV Series for Ricochet TV Production Company (the makers behind The Repair Shop on BBC One) & we’d potentially like to feature this video. Could you make your email address available on your channel for business enquires?
