I thought you had had your eyebrows professionally "done" when you changed your look to more vintage! I think it's because you're artistic that it was fairly easy for you to envision the look and do it freehand, but for the rest of us and those with tricky natural eyebrow shapes, I'd be nervous...very nervous at doing the same! Having made some awful mistakes with mine in the past, may I suggest some helpful tips? 1) Follow the steps in the video, but for the first trial, DON'T use tweezers or scissors, JUST makeup! Use an eyebrow pencil to draw in the shape you think you want, and use foundation or concealer to cover up the parts of your eyebrow outside that shape to see what it will end up looking like without actually doing it yet. 2) For the shape, try using an eyebrow template, sold in stores and online in packs of several shapes and thicknesses, to give you a general guideline. (I found templates from e.l.f. and Eyelure.) If you're like me, you may be very surprised at what you thought was a correct and natural shape versus what the template shows you. (If some parts of the template don't fit your eyebrow shape at all, like the tail ends for me, just use your judgment to alter those parts to look more natural on you.) Or like Carolina, try following your natural shape but changing small things. I repeat, do this first trial with just makeup. Then, and only when you're very sure you have the look you want, SLOWLY tweeze, hair by hair, starting beneath the brows, and frequently stopping to check as you go! If you're careful and do it well, shaping your eyebrows can make a wonderful difference to your overall look. Best wishes!
