@@DEFESORESDEEVITAFSA I'm using Phil Wood brand bicycle grease, but just because that's what I happened to have on hand. Any automotive grease should work just fine.

Range makes it useless I get 8mls got 2 of them😱

What's your weight with gear on? We got 15 miles with 165 lb riders, but we did have one battery pack that only gave 6 miles on the same range test course.

@@ElectricScooterJuice with gear prob 230-240 at the time. Get about 5 miles of top speed then first speed for up to 3 miles.

Any greast will work. Oil will work, but may not stay in place as well or last as long.

I'd recommend taking it too a bicycle shop unless you have a set of Allen keys. Then loosen and re-tighten all the bolts around the stem.

Have you reached out to TurboAnt? The only things I can think of would be to try another charger if you have one, or to try charging plugged into and not plugged into the scooter. (though I can't remember for sure if the battery pac can be charged separately.) Sorry, I haven't logged into this account in ages. I don't have a ton of insight into the rest of the scooter, other than having done the performance testing for the review I helped write. -Paul from ESG

@@ElectricScooterJuice yeah mine doesn't make that noise really anymore I don't think. I just had to play with the tightness on the latch and hinge portion and used a small amount of bike grease.

You have to hold the button and push it up, then pull out toward you in an upside down L motion

They can be super sticky some times! Did you get it sorted out?

Did you pull the latch all the way out like I did? What grease did you use? Ours is still creak free months later.

@@ElectricScooterJuice what grease did you use? i want to attempt this but not sure exactly what to buy. super tightening the latch also stops the squeaking for me but I have to use a screwdriver to pry the latch out while im out lol
