Thank you for this video!!! I got diagnosed with CIN 2 in February and did the same whole crazy research phase - this was one of the things that helped me figure out what to do. I got completely sober, changed my diet dramatically, took alllll the vitamins and did everything I could to reduce stress in my life. Went back for my 6 month follow up this week and I did it - it’s cleared!!! Thank you and thank God!!!!
@@evilwomen9718 I hope you haven’t let them perform surgery on you yet. Only just started this video, so I’m not sure all of what she suggests but I cured myself of HPV by taking AHCC (700mg per day), Graviola (1300mg per day), and Turkey tail supplements everyday as well as eating healthier.
@@nicoleraheem1195 I kept it up for an entire year until I had my next follow up exam. In my state, although I had abnormal pap and the test came back showing I had HR HPV, I wasn’t required to go back to get it re-checked for a year. It was a super stressful year. But I came back with a clean bill of health.
Praise the Lord! I had CIN 1 four years ago, I drank 4-5 cups of green tea (green tea powder) with loads of prayers. I am now free of any abnormal cells :)

@@Dee-cu8yr I have been there hun, it can be scary, the day I found out I had HPV I thought I actually had cancer and I was panicking. Once I talked to a doctor who specialized in women's health, I was at ease and no longer scared. I understand why you are afraid and depressed but don't panic, it takes years for abnormal cells to turn into cancer x.
I was told that I was CIN 3 just after I fell pregnant. I carried on as normal with my doctor’s permission and after I had the baby I had another Pap smear and the CIN 3 had disappeared. It is now 23 years later and it still has not returned.
Sarah!!! Someone sent me this video 7 months ago when I was first diagnosed with CIN2 cervical dysplasia and high risk HPV. I went on your protocol and later also used ozone pessaries and my results came back last week. NO ABNORMALITIES, NEGATIVE FOR HPV. Your story was the first one I saw which gave me real confidence in not immediately going ahead with the LLETZ procedure and I'm so so grateful for that. xxx
I was so glad to has found this video too @kalynnowens ... I prayed saying God show me the way. I on my way to pick up all the supplement she shared👍. I want to be heal
Thank you for sharing this inspiring story, Sarah and I’m so glad you were able to get your body to heal itself. I was diagnosed with CIN2/3 three years ago and my follow up cervical biopsy after 6 months was CIN1 and thankfully to God, the next Pap smear after 6 months showed no signs of abnormal growth. What I’d say really worked for me was my focus on upping my immune system with multivitamins, loads of fruits intake with a bunch of faith in God. Love and light to everyone going through this phase 💕🦋
I also got diagnosed with 2/3. Im worried about not doing LEEP especially because of the 3. But I really want kids in the future. Im so happy to hear that you healed without getting LEEP. Did you also have HPV 16 though?
@@alexandriaromero8061 not to worry, I believe you will be fine and may not have to have a LEEP done. Sending you hugs and loads of strength through this. No it wasn't, I guess it was the milder strain I had. But in any case, you'll be fine. Keep your faith and hope in God strong. And find new ways to boost your immune systems, it's very important so they can help you in fighting it off. 🤗🤗
Im here coz my fiancé got highrisk-low grade cervical dysplasia. I want to support her that it is not the end of the world for her. Thank you so much for this vlog. May God bless youuu. 🙆🏻
Thank you for the inspiration to heal naturally! I have had CIN2 results from biopsies for a year and a half which then turned to CIN 2-3 about 3 months ago (meaning it was getting worse). I was told I needed to get a cone biopsy or LEEP but I really did not want to get the surgery, especially since pregnancy was on my mind and there's risks associated with it. I decided to make some drastic life changes as a 3 month experiment and ate super healthy, took supplements, herbs (followed medical medium's protocol for HPV) and drank celery juice every single morning. 3 months later it has cleared!!! If you give your body what it needs it WILL heal.
Oh... amazing. I tested positive for 31, and yesterday even 33 and 39, no changes still, but I am scared as s*** . Do you know which strains did you have? Wish you a good life and soon a pregnancy! If possible, I would be very happy (if possible) to contact you, because I would also love to get pregnant.
Thank you so much for this video! Life changing. I had CIN3 in August 2023, i did all the lifestyle changes you recommended and reached out to your naturopath. Lots and lots of prayers and worked on mindset / breath-work to decrease stress for 5 months. My pap came back “low grade” in December 2024 but the doctors told me that the pap is not always accurate and it could miss something. And they said there are “no guidelines in the US that recommend a watch and wait approach for CIN3.” So I did the LEEP out of pressure from doctors and it came back negative for dysplasia. Unnecessary medical treatment but i’m happy that its over now. Trust your intuition. Lesson learned!
Just got diagnosed at age 60 with CIN2-3 and I immediately turned to RU-vid for natural healing tips. Your testimonial is right on target with what I was looking for. You give excellent guidance and reassurance and The Montreal Girl, Britt's anti-cancer protocols (basically doing a green juice feast for 1-3months) is also a great resource for anyone looking to heal FAST. Thanks Ooodles Sarah!
Pls update your progress I was told I have lsil a week ago . My doc just said to come back next year for pep . I'm doing all the research and found all this beneficial info here. Thanks to you all .
Congratulations...I'm so glad I watched this...after 2 leep surgeries and still staying cin2 high grade...I stopped smoking... started doing meditation on healing the cervix ...ate loads of fruit and simply bought some extra vitamins...its just gone to low grade cin 1 .
I had cervical displasea in my twenties. I didn't even know anything was wrong. The only thing I did was quit drinking coffee for a month, and I started using a progesterone cream. I placed it up into my vaginal canal. And a month later i got tested again and it was gone.
Sarah, I am happy for you. I've also gone through this and my body naturally rid itself of abnormal cells. I just want to ensure others who might be having a similar experience that the body has an amazing capacity to heal itself. This is extremely common among women. It is also extremely common for young females to naturally get rid itself of cervical dysplasia. You do not necessarily need all of the supplementation. Get routine pap smears. Get enough sleep. Minimize stress. Eat well.
I'm a Registered Nurse in the US and this honestly motivates me to do some research on holistic healing. I was always skeptical in Nursing School, but this is amazing. Happy for you!
You gave me strength, hope and so much important information. I am on my 3 days fast to reset my immune system.I ran tests just like you have and at first I never felt more broken and hopeless in my life. However after a week I stood up and believed in myself again. Began a lot of reseasrch and have support from a close people of mine. The gynecologist suggested to use a Papilocare ointment for the cervix ( please, let me know if you know it worked on some patients) I am going to treat myself using my diet, fasting plan and your guidelines with a Doctor's supervision, I m very excited. I have CIN1 Group 3. With God's permission I will boost my immunity and erase the inflammation caused by HPV completely!. I am ready and confident, Love you girls and women around the world who are in this episode in their lives, we will get better!. Thank you for help and good luck with everything, you're a star!

Girrrl, your enthusiasm literally got me so amped and feeling absolutely empowered about healing myself! Thank you so much for sharing your story🤍 to anyone reading this: this isn’t our bodies failing us…it’s an opportunity to learn what our bodies need and how to better care for ourselves all around. I just got the same diagnosis on Friday. I got myself so worked up about it all weekend just looking online and expecting the worse. But seeing this video just fills me with positivity. I haven’t seen anything this motivating or uplifting. Thank you, there is hope! Xx
I just had my second colposcopy/biopsy a week ago yesterday as a result of the exact same diagnosis. I’m scheduled for the LEEP procedure the end of next month and I need to NOT have that procedure. I’m so glad I found this video. I need to call my doc and try to bargain my way out of this so I have time to heal.
@@legacyforever6602 worked out well. Just had my follow up yesterday so I believe I’m 6 wks post opp. It did NOT feel good. FYI. Lol. I had cells inside my cervix as well so she removed a lot. But I’m healing well. The pathologist said there aren’t any precancerous cells remaining. So they got it all. Still have a little ways to go for healing. She told me 4 more week and I should be good to go.
@@legacyforever6602 oh, sorry. I obviously went through with the procedure. My case was too far gone to wait on nutrition to heal it. My cells were developing too rapidly.
Hey Sezz! I had high grade cervical dysplasia in 2010 and 2011. I went vegan after that and quit smoking and drinking coffee after my colposcopy. I had a pap this year and had no abnormal cells! Diet and habits really change your life in so many ways! Thank you for this post, and showing other people they can take some control of their health when combined with doctors and getting pap screens!
@@Livlov354 that is stressful, I'm so sorry! I gave up meat, dairy and eggs. Especially processed meats like deli meat, bologna or hot dogs. I cut back on fried foods too. I don't drink coffee, now, but I had a cup on weekends and I made regular visits with my doctor. It was difficult but I had a friend diet with me and we explored new restaurants and cuisines to celebrate the diet rather than punish ourselves over it. It was a real success! I hope that helps. Good for you, for seeing your doctor and being responsible! More people need to get screened and make themselves a priority! ❤
@@juliadepuy8601 thank you and it is stressfull because i just had my baby shes about to turn 3 months and i just wanna be happy and healthy for her i just learned that my grandma died of cervical cancer i just hope i get normal paps
@@Livlov354 A new baby! Aww, congratulations! I'm sure it will be hard to take care of the little one and try to put your health even a CLOSE second! Any history of cancer can seem like a death sentence. If it happened to your grandmother, will it happen to YOU? I get it 100 percent, girl! Just try to remind yourself that the medical history of your family isn't a guarantee you'll follow their footsteps. It's more like a helping hand to guide you to a better outcome. My mom had cancer twice and she always reminds me that she would take any cancer in the world if it meant better protecting her girls against it by telling us how to get screens and be vigilant. Good luck! You're a smart, strong mama! Best of luck 💚
@@Livlov354 Hi, i dont wanna bother you but paps are NOT real results and there are TOO many cases that it comes with wrong result and colposcopy and biopsy is need for ACCURATE results. I hope everthing will be fine for any of us.
I'm sad to see that my comment was deleted despite showing love and support. I wish you only the best and am so happy to hear your CIN3 has regressed. However, I brought up the point that correlation does not equal causation, and how saying that you healed yourself can be misleading for girls going through this and not getting the same results, since CIN3 has been known to spontaneously regress, as is most likely your case. Again, I I wish nothing but the best for you, and I hope you will respect my opinion and message to other girls enough not to delete this.
alma krieps eloquently put. I read your original comment and can see no reason why it should be deleted. ‘I healed my cervix ‘ is quite a statement to make .
my second biopsy came back low grade after my first biopsy was high grade. i insisted on a pap smear with the second low grade biopsy results, pap came back high grade in birth canal which would not have been found if I had not insisted on a pap. What it says on the cervix and a pap smear are often 2 diff results. Leep is in 4 days, not taking risks
I haven’t even watched the video yet I know it’s pretty old but agree. Most of the time HPV and cervical dysplasia will heal naturally so her title can be misleading. It will lay dormant in the body but still technically be there but I will watch the video and see if she mentions this at all
Correct. Because their immune system is able to place the virus in dormancy and get rid of the abnormal cell. However, some women need to boost their immune system to make this happen. Others, despite boosting their immune system, they cannot get rid of the virus. The bid thing in oncology is immunotherapy where we are using very expensive drugs to help the body recognize cancer. Meanwhile, we have evidence thAt mother nature has provided us with so many powerful tools to maintain a healthy immune system. The take home message here is think of food as medicine. Research what we are placing in our body. Eat for good health.
I was suppose to go under the knife when I got my results (CIN II & CIN III). Thank God COVID delayed this and I had the opportunity to think about it some more. After watching this video, I took a chance and seriously tried it out. A year later, my results came back normal! Thank you Sarah for sharing your story. I just wished the medical world could educate us on the wonders of holistic healing instead of pushing us to cut ourselves open unnecessarily
That's awesome beautiful I have not been tested for anything yet but I'm scared out of my mind my last results was normal when I did my last pap smear but I have not done one in a very long time may I ask what kind of surgery they told you had to do? Also what did you do to heal yourself please
Thank you for sharing. I was diagnosed with HPV and after couple colpo the dr suggested LEEP. I was so afraid of cancer that I dove in and got it done without first going through a natural approach. Since my procedure I’ve been trying to eat healthy and change my lifestyle. My 6 month follow up pap showed normal and I’m hoping for the same results this coming month. Thank you for speaking about this.
I wanted to share this with all women going through this. Last fall I was told I had hpv and CIN2. Doctors said I needed a leep but I decided not to do it. Instead, I focused on clean eating and took AHCC and glucan elite. I highly recommend trying this before any surgery. Our bodies can heal naturally 🙏♥️
The rate at which HPV is spreading from one person to another is so alarming these days. Many of us have refused to acknowledge the fact that herbal medicine has proven to be the best medication to getting rid of the virus. I came to know about herbal medicine when my dad who was diagnosed for two years was cure by a man named doctor Awolabi. I'm really happy that my dad is cured cause when he was diagnosed with herpes he felt so bad but thank God I told a friend of mine who gave me the doctor's contact and that was how I told my dad about it and today he is cured. i am glad you shared a video like this. i had the same thing as well last year, i had the first stages of dysplasia which i found out last year with annual pap smear. had the colposcopy as well and was pretty painful. my doctor had me come back again for 6 mos just a precaution and check again if the abnormal cells were still there. i got scared when i found out as to research i found out if left alone it can lead to cancer. so i had found videos on youtube and read researches as to how to strengthen our immune system because it can make it worse if you had low immune system. so i took supplements and changed my diet totally since before i used to smoke and drink. now im completely free of it last visit i went to the doctor. it actually really helps if you watch your diet, eat more healthy foods and take good care of your body. im so happy for you as well. you’re a amazing soul and continue to inspire more people. thank you for this 😊😊😊

Thank you for speaking about your journey Sarah! I treated my cervical dysphasia naturally 3 years ago with my naturopathic doctor because I knew surgery wasn’t right for my body. I searched the internet for information but couldn’t find anything but negativity surrounding natural treatment. I’m so happy with the natural path I chose and have had nothing but clear Pap tests since! Sending you lots of good vibes xoxo
I’m rewatching this today because after giving birth I got a pap and it came back with abnormal results. I had my little freak out and then my husband told me to wait until you go in to the dr. Prior to my appointment next month with my gynecologist I’m going to implement what you did. You were meant to do RU-vid for far deeper reasons than you may know!!! Thanks for being you! 💕

Hi! Found your channel while searching information about exact diagnosis like you. Just want to tell you- big thank you! You gave me lots of positivity and courage. Long story short- after 3 months of completely changing my lifestyle, diet and supplements, my pap smear came back clear, followed by colposcopy confirmed there are no abnormal cells.
Your body can heal CIN 3 itself, it’s not cancer yet. The chance of it becoming cancer is big, but it can still be healed. Making sure your immune system is working really good helps. Food and lifestyle really help with a good immune system
I’ve had low grade for the last 2 years and have had 3 biopsy’s now and I’ve almost given up hope. Finding your video has given me hope again that I know it can go away on its own with a little help from some health boost. You’ve given me hope that I can change this.

With all of my research and this video, I’ve added in a bunch of different vitamins! Thank you so much Sarah!!! You’re truly an inspiration!!!
I cried with you when you were diagnosed and I'm crying again now that you're clear! (I also cried when you got your period back omg) I'm so incredibly relieved and happy for you, Sezzy!
Dear Sarah, you should be very very proud of yourself! You are a very influential person and you did such a good service to people out there. I am a naturopath and wholeheartedly agree with your plan. You are so knowledgeable and a beacon of positivity for people. You explained the steps you took so clearly; I am sure quite a few people will find courage to take the initiative to combat ailments thanks to you. This kind of approach will definitely create resistance among some people, that's only natural. I wish you and your lovely family the best.
So happy for you! Just two things: 1. Can you give more specifics on your morning tonic of turmeric, ginger, lemon and gabinge powder? For example, what were your measurements and also, would you blend them, boil them, etc? And 2. did you take a multivitamin along with this protocol?
Sarah! the other day I saw someone wearing your new active wear. I stopped to ask her if they were sezzy's new ones and now were friends!! just thought I'd tell you! so cool!!
Thank you for making this video! I had CIN 1 (I think?) when I was 18, and I just remember the FEAR of it possibly going worse. So happy you've naturally healed yourself. These healthy remedies are so good for anyone's overall health or when trying to heal pretty much any illnesses! Definitely going to apply all these for when I try to cure my autoimmune diseases, asthma and allergies 💕
Tho, you are sharing you story I’m wondering why, you weren’t able to list all supplements , I think that would have been much more helpful for people. Thank you.
Absolutely love this! I'm training to be a doctor and I wish more people where educated on natural healing, diet and lifestyle. I also want to educate myself (because we don't get taught the importance in med school so most doctors are going to say don't worry about diet etc lol) about natural healing etc.
Aww that’s amazing how you healed yourself! My sister had cervical dysplasia and she also healed herself and was told it would be hard to get pregnant and she got pregnant easily with both her babies 💞
I am beyond relieved by your news. I remember watching your first ever video talking about this, and was so heartbroken because I would've never imagined someone as healthy and active like you having this. But this is honestly amazing news, not only because you are cured, but the fact that you cured yourself via food and natural supplements. I've been watching you for a couple of years now and I just want you to know that your advice and tips to lead a healthier lifestyle have really changed the way I live my life. I have become a "domestic princess" 😂 and I couldn't be happier. Since leading a much more healthier lifestyle, by being more active and eating loads of veggies and fruits, my life has completely changed for the better, and I have you to thank for.
I’ve been watching you since you started when you lived in your small little room at your parents! Your such an inspiration. 💗 Nursing student here. (You cannot overdose on vitamin C and vitamin B. They are both water soluble vitamins so you just pee out what you don’t need or utilize.)

Good luck to you! 💗 If I may, I would suggest looking into intermittent fasting, specifically the benefits autophagy- your body recycles old, damaged cells and literally builds new ones. This helped me so much with my hormonal problems. Decreased pain by huge amounts. Look into Dr. Berg’s videos on fasting and autophagy for more info. Random but I wish I would have known about this sooner as my life used to revolve around my cycle. 💗💗
Hey Sarah love how positive you are and thank you, it's really such a comfort to know that with a stronger immune system, we can potentially ward off unwanted diseases! Way to go Sarah
Wow, thanks so much for posting this! Even though it was 4 years ago for you, it has helped me so much. Just found out I have CIN3 and got booked for a loop in 3 weeks. I’m going to call my gyno and have a long chat with her so I can better understand where I’m actually at. I’m under the belief that my cells are actually cancerous, but I was just so overwhelmed that I don’t know if that’s what she was actually saying (though she used the word cancer). If I can have a shot at healing myself without the procedure, I want to try. If she gives me the go ahead, I’m definitely going to take your encouragement and advise and give it a shot! Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🏻
As a medical professional I'm just very happy you recommended to do something like this under medical guidance :) And I'm very happy for you that you managed to fix this without a medical procedure!
Maybe the diet really did help reverse the cervical dysplasia, it seems like a really well rounded diet full of nutrients. However, let us not forget that cervical dysplasia can spontaneously be reversed, without the need for surgery or any extreme diet plan. Spontaneous reversal of cervical dysplasia happens pretty often, in fact it happens for 3 women out of 10! So just remember that before committing yourself to what seems like a lot of money spent on books, and supplements.
I am so happy for you!! I was diagnosed with high grade CIN 1 this May 2018. I am not overthinking it too much as most cases clear up on their own. But, like you, I already live a very healthy lifestyle, which is promising. I am making proper adjustments to my diet and adding in more supplementation to boost my immune system. Staying positive and consistent with my lifestyle changes, and hoping for a great result come my next annual pap!
Just found out I had CIN 2-3 and I've been a mess of anxiety and crying because of how scared I am. Hey Sarah! I appreciate you sharing YOUR story for those that are interested. I also really enjoyed reading through the comments, even the ones that don’t agree with the video. It’s always great to hear different views, regardless of where you stand! I hope you answer a few common questions (e.g., if you ever got an HPV vaccination) in a future video; of course, only if you’re comfortable doing so! I was also wondering if you could do a video about adopting a “holistic, natural lifestyle” but still incorporating more “material” things that may not be as natural (clothing choices, makeup, fillers, botox, etc.). I think it’d be great to show that a “natural, holistic” lifestyle isn’t super restrictive-that you can just do as much as you want/have the means to do. Congratulations and wish you all the best!
Katelyn McLeod Thanks Katelyn! I’m glad you think so and that you’re interested in the video, too!😊 I tried to phrase it as kindly as possible-not trying to spread judgment or hate!!

Sarah, thank you so much for sharing your experience. I am sorry to see that some people are being a bit negative about your video. They take it as if you are preaching a different way of living. All you are doing is sharing your life and inspiring others. As a medical professional, I do want to give you a heads up, in case your doctor didn't. Cervical dysplasia is never curable, unfortunately. It is caused by a virus that once in our system, it stays there. It is just like shingles, comes out when you stress your body too much. So the advise I want to give you is keep a stress to a very minimum. I had cervical dysplasia twice because I didn't listen to my body and pushed myself to breaking points. But the good thing is that you don't need medicine to reverse that. You just need to chill more. I am just like you, trying my hardest to chill. But it usually last for like half a day, if that. Be you and never change. Just take care of yourself. You have a very blessed life, with an amazing family and a man who loves you more than anything. Everything else comes and goes.
This is so encouraging THANK YOU! I currently have CIN3 and in my research have accepted the direct correlation to stress. I eat well and take vitamins but the stress is through the roof. This inspires me to prioritize peace and specific supplementation... They are recommending a hysterectomy because I had it last year along with a LEEP and it returned. Thankful to feel there's hope and I don't have to go through major surgery if I can get myself on track!
Same girl, I just did a leep surgery and apparently there’s more abdomen cells deep in cervix, they suggested to do a hysterectomy and I really don’t what to!!!! I’m doing all I can to eat healthy and eat well too!!
I wish I could do this.... 9 months in agony everyday with suspected Endometriosis and I'm finally booked in for my surgery next month. It would be great if everyone was able to help themselves like this, you're very lucky gorgeous xxx
Thank you for this 🙏🏻 2020 was such a rough one so far... one of the things being finding out I had the cancer causing HPV after a regular PAP. So scary, as someone who had never had an STD, super careful, etc. not to mention a CANCER causing one. Thank god my biopsy came back “mildly abnormal” meaning I do not have cervical dysplasia... YET but I have the strain that could progress to cancer. I just want to prevent CIN... and I’m very pro natural remedies- this video is a god send ❤️
Indeed....l feel the same way, never had std, always careful what not, to find out much less a high grade cin3.... I am still so scared to go through with the leep surgery which is in 20days from now.....l have already started fixing my nutrition....l wonder if l opt out of doing the surgery & cure it through diet???😔😫😒
@@bethlehemnegussie8547 Hi Bethlehem. I am on the same boat with CIN3 out of nowhere. :( , But, my uncle is a gynecologist and has explained a lot to me. These procedures are really safe, common and normal, and mostly preventive. I opted to do both, fixing my nutrition , and doing the procedure. Better now than later.
@@margara77 ❤Hi Deisy, Thank you, l appreciate that. I just found a physician that practices naturopathy & made an appointment. l also started a proper nutrition regiment a little over a month ago with IF, hopefully with the combination l'll be able to cure my body of these abnormal cells & not have to do the surgery. Good luck to all of us going through this❤🙏
I’m so happy for you Sarah! I’ve been battling Hashimotos and ibs and have binged watched all your videos over and over! You inspired me to see a Natropath and I haven’t felt better! Stuff what everyone thinks, your the real winner here🙌🏼💖❤️😘
I’m here after getting an abnormal pap this week. Researching like crazy because it’s the weekend and the Dr isn’t around. Need to not drive myself crazy with this. Glad to find your video as I believe in natural path. ❤
Hello, I am a 32-year-old doctor who is going through a diagnosis of CIN3. Tomorrow, I will have my follow-up appointment to tell my gynecologist the result of the biopsy and I will surely begin the process for the excisional treatment. I came to this video looking for more information and I am glad that some women are healing through lifestyle changes, however I want to highlight that women under 25 years of age with a diagnosis of HPV and CIN2 lesions have higher regression rates ( In the diagnosis of CIN 3, the guidelines always suggest excisional treatment). I am going to implement some of the recommendations in this video, but my biggest fear is feeling that I am not as disciplined or as worshipful to allow my body to heal, not being able to heal myself and feeling guilty for not having taken aggressive measures against future cancer.
I’m so happy for you Sarah! I don’t know how you do it, as much as I care about my health I’m not sure I quite have the motivation or dedication to be able to cure even the smallest thing naturally! You are so inspiring and I’m just sending so much love right now💛
I remember watching this video back when you first posted it. I just had my 4th abnormal moderate grade pap come back and have had 2 abnormal colposcopies. I wan't to get it sorted naturally because the risk to my cervix and carrying a pregnancy in the future will be seriously impacted. Thank you for making this.
I am so grateful for this video. I just got a call from my gynecologist with similar news and recommendation to do LEEP. I've always believed in the power of our bodies to heal themselves and your message inspires & motivates me to follow my intuition and work to heal myself. Blessings 🧡
haylie morris probably because there’s a stigma around HPV as it’s technically a ‘sexually transmitted’ disease. People always seem to take it in a negative way but what they don’t realise is that almost all men carry it but their bodies heal it naturally more often than women 🤷♀️
I didn't realise this was a sexual health awareness Channel.... why does she need to talk about it? if you get your sexual health advice only from youtube then thats your problem.....
samantha Lang this whole video is literally about an infection that is spread by sexual contact. It’s a little ironic that people avoid that piece of information when spreading awareness about a topic.
7 months ago I got diagnosed with asc-us and after biopsy it has occurred that it is cin1. I started using vitamin c, a, b12, iron, zinc, ahcc, turkey tail and deflagyn inside. I got my Pap smear one month ago. I am normal again but still hr hpv positive. Now I added to my regimen castor oil and turmeric + piperine on empty stomach. My diet is based on intermediate fasting and full of veggies so no changes here. Wish me luck
@@Ma88la88 make sure you’re taking folate as well, also consider green tea extract (EGCG), beta glucans, beta carotene, vitamin D3+K2 etc. Check Tori Hudson’s protocol for clearing HPV. I can send you the link to the pdf ebook
I had a cone biopsy 2 weeks ago, after many paps and copos throughout my life. My doctor was conservative with what he took, I can still carry children, and im being closely monitored and allowed to keep my fertility. After I have my baby (hopefully, I've had past miscarriage), i have to have a complete hysterectomy once i no longer want children ( i have 0). This video gave me hope. I also train very hard (heavy lifting and running), eat healthy and prioritize sleep, but this video really pointed out some key points i have to focus on. Thank you.
A huge congratulations to you, Sarah - I know how relieved you must feel! I do want to say to anyone else who doesn't have the finances to spend money on supplements and other alternative treatments that depending on the study, up to 34% of CIN2/CIN3 cases spontaneously regress (heal), so do not feel guilty if you do not have the ressources to follow Sarah's example. I myself had it, and continued living as I always have, and it luckily cleared up on it's own. I'm not saying that some of these things didn't have an effect for Sarah, especially the change to a less stressed lifestyle, just don't feel that it's your fault if you can't heal yourself. The most important thing is just to follow your doctor's advice (as Sarah also did). Best of luck to anyone with cervical dysplasia, I know it can be scary and stressful, and again, so glad that you got better, Sarah!
I was for a long time cin3d1 love and after a long time on going super hard on eating extremely healthy i healed my displasyaaaaaaaa i am also low grade now today got the biopsy results and thankfully to jesuuuus i am doing amazing now after a year of tears and stress
So so happy for you Sarah!! So glad you're healthy and happy and that you cured such a serious medical condition so holistically, showing anyone who thinks it doesn't work, what being healthy can really do 💕
She doesn't say which strain of HPV she has contracted ... Some strains are easier to cure than others. Somehow she ´´forgot´´ the diagnosis at the beginning of the video... weird to forget such an important document when you will be followed and listened to by a million of women searching to heal... Be careful ladies, you might lose time thinking that you can heal naturally and develop cancer faster than you think. A LEEP procedure is nothing compared to cancer. I am Talking from an ayurvedic doctor and vegan point of view.. some HPV strains are very nasty.... this girl is being sponsored by brands and doesn't care if you end up having cancer. If you postpone your surgery for this kind of videos, you might regret it. just think twice. love to all, and in any case, of course, start eating healthy, whether you do the surgery or not.. !!peace
I watched this video when I used to watch Sarah a lot a few years ago, this year in Australia I met her in Woolies, and now, back in Europe I have been diagnosed with it, so I’m watching the video on how you did it from a fully different perspective . I’m gonna do everything the same. Wish me luck!
I want to express my unreserved pleasantries and happiness to the Dr ITUA that cured my HPV 2, thank you Dr and may God bless you unendingly in all your endeavors, drituaherbalhome11@gmail.com or +2347089161015
I just had an abnormal pap, went in for coloscopy/biopsy. I have CIN2. This is the first video of many, and these comments along with your experience are reassuring. ♥️🙌🏻🙌🏻 Thank you!
@@damarisdenisse6210 no, that’s scary as hell. I decided to start taking supplements that are supposed to help fight off the abnormal cells. I am due for another check up next month. Hopefully it worked.
I'm always happy to hear about success stories regarding HPV. It gives me a lot of hope and you're doing a really good thing by talking about this, so thank you!
As a nurse, I feel as though I have to leave this comment... I think healthy alternatives are absolutely wonderful, and they can be fantastic at augmenting medical intervention (pap smears, colposcopy, etc.) However, it’s highly unlikely that any changes you made between your results in December and now are the reason why your cells were no longer precancerous. The cervix often comes back with cellular abnormalities, and the majority of the time, they’re self limiting (meaning resolve on their own.) Abnormal cell growth on the cervix can be from yeast infections, HPV virus, BV, sex, and even your period! It’s extremely common, and, like I said, self limiting. Last thing - “anti-inflammatory” diets are kind of bogus, but even if they were real, anti-inflammatory interventions would actually be ANTI healing! Inflammation is a problem when there is no cellular, physical, or physiological damage (i.e. IBD). However, when there is real damage there (infection, trauma, etc.) you NEED inflammation to recruit neutrophils and macrophages to the site of injury. Like getting a paper cut or breaking your ankle, etc. So viewers, be skeptical.
Would ur period cause an abnormal pap to come back with HSIL? My doc told me I might have to redo my pap because it was a lot of blood. And that’s when it came back with abnormal with HSIL. but I have hpv negative for everything.
