SEZZY! I’d love to hear about how you “listen to your body” - I know it may sound like a dumb question, but so many times I’m like hmmm, does gluten make me bloated? Dairy make my break out? And I never really know what that process looks like ... and don’t really intend on paying to see an allergist when I can do the analyzing myself... Now that I think of it, it could be a dumb question LOL 🤔
It’s definitely not a dumb question! I want to know how Sarah knows specifically which foods upset her stomach, I wouldn’t know where to start with something figuring that out!
This is sososo timely for me. I’ve been in a similar situation. With exams stressing me out, I didn’t have time to make healthy meals which meant eating out A LOT, and I also didn’t have the time to regularly exercise either. And I didn’t want to put more stress on my body by being in a caloric deficit so I kinda took a break for 2 weeks just until my exams were out of the way. But I derailed so hard and everything went downhill.... I started snacking on processed foods like crazy, binge eating cause of skipping meals due to hectic schedules, and just napping a lot because of the overall fatigue from the inactivity and processed foods. Watching your videos motivated me so much before I fell off track, and this video is absolutely perfect for me. I’ve gained a bit of weight but I know it’s due to the water retention, but my exams are over, summer is coming, so it’s finally time to get back on track💪🏽 Thanks for the amazing video again Sezzy😍
It works for me. I apply every night to my eyes and I sleep like a baby. Yesyesyes please! I also have a very break out prone skin type no matter how healthy I eat and I've even been on an accutane course once which helped a little but didn't completely cure my acne. Also I'm super interested especially in natural skincare so skincare tips wuold be really nice :)

I was just binge watching your hormonal acne videos and what supplements you take and how it helps you and I would love to try what has worked for you but I also feel like maybe I should go to a doctor about what will work best for me. Unfortunately, normal doctors don't give me the time of day to really answer my questions and also just try n give me different medications to take when I wanna do it the natural way. I know you have done so many videos about this in the past but would you be able to do a video where you go in depth on what doctors you go to and what practices you try and what work for you and your pcos. I hope you do see this because it would be such a huge help because so have no clue what doctor to actually go to and what different kind of doctors specifically work with natural remedies. Intentionally Made I don’t remember what the brand is called, but our wal mart has some in the freezer section. There’s a tiny section of gluten free meals, and it’s right next to that 💕

Try valerian root/sleepytime tea. Also castor oil applied on the eyelids (helps eyelashes to grow super long too:)) and of course a good old book puts me to bed. Stay away from a screen 30 minutes before bed.

She used buckwheat pasta, zucchini spirals, coconut oil, green beans, mushrooms, baby spinach, almond milk, tahini, lemon juice, chilli flakes, nutritional yeast, buckwheat flour, and another spice (I couldn't tell what it was - paprika? Not sure 😊)

Tempeh is SO healthy for you. It's made of a mold (thats what holds the beans together). The molds kinda pre-digest the beans so they should be easier for your own body to digest! I personally love cooking it with some liquid smoke, soy sauce, paprika, and a tiiiiny bit of sugar
Hey Sezzy! How did you stop eating potato chips and doritos etc.? It's one thing I'm really struggling with is chippy cravings, and haven't found a good substitute!?
Those bags are of course better than traditional plastic, but they're only biodegradable in industrial composting systems at super high heats. They will still take hundreds of years to decompose in regular bins/landfill, so reusable bags are a much better option!
