I've watch many tutorial on Javelin and NEVER has any of them mentioned flicking your fingers at the throw to keep the javelin from curving. Thanks for that tip!
Thank you very much. Clearly my form isn't anywhere close to perfect, but the straighter I got my front leg and the more open I kept my chest, the further it would go🤘🙏
I only picked up a javelin the other day for the first time in 9 years and I threw it 58 meters, the last time I threw it was when I was 15 and I would throw around 55 meters with the 600 gram I threw for states all my life until I stopped. Happy to say I still got it! Going to try break that 60 meter this weekend
