Hi Anya and Hamza, I recently started following you guys and have become an ardent fan. I was initially a fan of Shugufta Ijaz (which I still am) but the fan following now extends to her family as well MashaAllah. I lost exactly 23 kgs but in 9 months at the age of 30 about 20 years ago and brought it down from 70 kg to 47kg at that time. In those days exercise wasn’t common but I started doing strength training and cardio both and maintained the weight for 7 yrs after which I started gaining 1 to 2 pounds per year because as we grow older the metabolism does get effected. To cut the story short today I maintain it at between 62 to 64kg at the age of 50. It was so inspirational to see you bachchas doing so well MashaAllah and inspiring every age group including mine. These days I have started doing intermittent fasting which has again started helping me as I had hit a plateau. I strongly believe in eating everything and maintaining the calorie count and the portion size. Lots of duaas and best wishes for you beta. Stay blessed now and forever Ameen. Yessss that's what I always try to tell everyone...u don't have to leave anything...u can take everything but in portion...carbs, protein,dairy,fruits, vegetables u can make ur healthy plate with all these food groups ...u just have to limit ur fat portion. Breakfast is important for people who wake up at 6am in the morning. You cannot work the entire day off by waiting to have breakfast at 2pm. For most of the people outside of pakistan, 12pm is already our lunch time. Good you follow a certain diet but early birds need that breakfast.
Yes, you are right. They wake up after 11 am, which is already lunch time in our countries . At that point, they might as well skip breakfast and go directly to lunch lol 😆
What she is doing is similar to IF. I PERSONALLY did that and do that and lost weight and maintained. I controlled my portion size, cut out processed carbs and lessened my sweets. I fast 16-18 hours a day while waking up early, living abroad and working. Breakfast isn't for everyone. I disagree with your point.
Break fast is your 1st meal that breaks your fast. It has to be healthy but it doesnot have to be first thing after u wake up. When ever u r hungry break ur fast.
True i wake up 6 o'clock Monday to Friday so 7 o'clock i do breakfast and 8 o'clock start work because I cant get break before 1 .. everyone's life routine is different.. when we stay at home than its too easy to manage diet.. but Alhamdulillah I never put wieght on because of my healthy life style

Came across your video, just want to add ,i just ate a plate of biryani, drank a glass of watermelon juice and now having a piece of burfee, i have lost 3 kgs since Eid just with intermittent fasting i stop eating at 8 pm and eat at 12 pm the next day. So yes i eat everything as usual , i do exercise on the treadmill and the exercise bike nothing hectic, about 45 mins everyday.
The diet is ridiculous and misleading for people trying to loose weight. White bread and cheese in breakfast? And then alll carbs for lunch and dinner. This is a recipe for weight gain and not weight loss. Being a nutritionist myself and practicing in the US for 10 years, i DO NOT recommend this diet if you want to loose weight. Instead Choose healthier option for bread (bran, brown, multi grain bread instead- all these costs almost the same as white bread) replace the pasta with brown pasta, (which having lived in Pakistan for so long i know is easily available and costs almost the same), for white sauce i would suggest to incorporate veggies in your meal too, i make the same white sauce pasta but i roast mushroom, broccoli, tomato, capsicum - whatever is available in the house and add it into the pasta (it not only enhances the flavour of the pasta but also makes sure you are getting in some veggies twice a day and is filling if you are having the same meal twice the same day). Calorie and macro counted meals are not only a hassle and causes additional stress to your mind, but is also inconvenient and difficult to maintain for long period of time. Just eat mindfully. The girl might have lost weight by eliminating junk and sodas and artificial sweeteners, but if she was having this or similar carb rich diet throughout her weight loss journey, she was doomed for a weight gain and not weight loss. Do not believe everything you see on the internet just because you are a fan. Most food habits are plain common sense. So, Be mindful, be consistent, make healthier and smarter choices, stay active and IA you will achieve your goal!
firstly i would say what works for u thats good for u.. but i dont think it is right to completely call the whole video or concept misleading.. secondly i have bought a similar plan from them and tried it my self and being a hypothyroidism patient i started losing weight and i dont cut down on anything, i even have pizza but everything is tracked.. it legit works, you can give it a try to n if you dont want to give it a try as it doesn't suit ur ideology you may not but dont classify it being totally wrong.. each to their own!
@@someraomar i completely agree with you that whatever suits you and works for you. But considering pizza and pasta not being a healthy meal choices in general, are bad. Occasional high intakes of carb rich food is ok, but eating pizza one day, pasta the second day, biryani pulao the third day, including white bread everyday in general is no remedy for a weight loss. These are all processed unhealthy carbs. Instead even ghar ki roti and salan in less oil with a nice yogurt, salad, chutney, will have the same weight loss impact on you, while keeping a healthier gut and a clean digestive system, and also keep many diseases at bay which you may incur with consuming so many unnecessary carbs; that too from processed flour. Even if you do want to take in carbs, try to get them from as many natural sources where possible. Our authentic pakistani food/dishes provide the same but again, at a healthier ratio. Further, my comment was not a hate comment, I actually like these vloggers, especially Ali, and follow them through out but i preferred to give a professional suggestion/guidance where i felt was needed. :)
Agree from UK 🇬🇧. Her choice is not very healthy. I’m not a nutritionist but a health psychologist. I’m on ketogenic diet and for the first time I’m not feeling lethargic while losing weight. On ketogenic I can’t imagine eating what she is having. My carb intake is 20g, protein 45g and healthy fat 50g ( this includes fat from dairy and protein and some veg etc) Previously I used to starve with caloric restrictive diet. With calories restricted diet I alway put back the weight instantly due to severe nutrition deficiency. So far I like ketogenic diet. I don’t have to count calories and don’t feel tired , inactive or starved. And my food choice is very healthy. I hope it stays the same.

Here in Canada we do not use it because it not halal because of rennet used is not halal. I also checked in Paksitan there is hardly any halal parmesan in Pakistan. I just thought to share with you this important info.

I’m on Ketogenic diet. I’m losing 1kg a week. Pasta, rice and wheat and all starchy food is not allowed. It’s high fat low carbs , moderate protein diet. 70% fats, 40% protein and 5%carbs. ( I’m taking only 18g of carbs) you can’t go above.
Diet plans by "apki dietitian fareeha jay" r far better, easy, wid variety of eatables, n v correct as she guides about portion of each food item, n one can make her/his own diet plan, wenevr i strt following it, i loose widin days bt i can't continue it, potions r v accurate n correct, bhook balance hojati h bt hm logo ki niat ni bhrti

You didn’t show the before and after weight transformation? I would probably half the amount of pasta per serving and include some greens like green beans and steamed broccoli for a more balanced plate which is nutrient dense as well as satiating.

Which stevia sachets u use? Could you kindly help me which ones would be suitable in uk I have checked Hollands and Barrats. But I heard many sweetners effect the brain and causes numbness. I know stevia is a natural sweetner but just want to make sure the one in H&B for being just as a sweetner with no side effects.

Why are you guys counting calories again and again,,,,,,,an outdated rubbish method of weight loss.....weight loss is not about calorie count but to keep insulin and sugar levels low...healthy fats are high calories but dont spike your insulin and sugar ,,,,as in keto,,,,,pls tell one thing can we use this kind of stuff in pcos??

I like how you are following quantified nutrition approach but I am wondering why did you encourage eating chicken on bone because that has more fat content when compared to chicken breast. Also, what do you think about the consumption of green leafy vegetables because adequate fibre intake is important too when you are eating protein. PS. Inclusion of transformation pictures would have been great 😁

Hey hamza how this pasta is 500ish calories with all the ingredients anya listed its around 750-800 cal per serving . Was this whole pasta three servings or 6?

Anya doesn't look healthy anyway .health is more important than weightless .. A young lady shouldn't have been dieting all the time in childbearing age before having kids. It's my opinion that complete nutritious healthy diet is important for a young lady to avoid deficiencies during pregnancy delivery and nursing.
