This week I'm tufting one of those fancy rug mirrors I keep seeing on TikTok! Aren't they so cool? Rug tufting is such an amazing medium and it's so much fun to see the different things you can make with it!
The best thing about this is that I was able to make this rug mirror using a scrap of primary backing cloth that wouldnt fit on my larger frames by using my MINIATURE TUFTING FRAME! Isn't it so cute?! This 14in frame is just what you need to make use of those scraps of backing fabric you have piling up.
It's also great if you're running a rug tufting business, like me and make smaller pieces. With this you don't have to wait for a bunch of orders to come in to fill a larger frame! It's much easier and faster to make one offs.
