I know it's been awhile since this video was published, but what a treat to see all of your beautiful containers with much needed color on such a cold and rainy day here I'm NE Ohio. We also have a German Shepherd who turned 6 this past week, like your baby, my girl stays right with me all day every day and she's also a fast and heavy breather. It's so funny to me to watch your dog who is so much like my own in personality and her playfulness. These dogs would not have it any other way! Heat or not... thank you for sharing and looking forward to all of your content this upcoming growing season! 😊

I didn't know that Petunias respond well to a general haircut! I've been diligent this year about pinching spent blooms with their 'cup' though. I have regular size red ones, planted them all in mixed containers and they're doing great. Brenna makes me smile, so innocent and just eager for some fun 😻😻.

Thanks Jenny I'm going to get both the "wicked witch, & the watermelon. I've heard you can have them in your home all year long. Maybe I can put some rooted clippings into some pot's, then put them in my flower bed's next year, as an annual. Yours are so beautiful. Glad to learn about how to prevent snail's, & slug's. In Florida they had to quarantine an area. They found some giant African Snail's. They grow to 8 inches big, & eat all the vegetation around them, laying hundreds of egg's. They only live a year. But those egg's hatch out more. They carry Meningitis. So glad I don't live near them. I'm off to mow my lawn. I'll be tending to my flowers too. I love your lovely dog. I'm looking for a pure breed Shepard puppy with paper's. I want a female. I'll have her fixed as soon as recommended. I've been wanting one for year's. Yours is so devoted to you, & Great protection. Spending the time to train them is so good for them. Thanks Jenny, you've taught me so much, love your videos. Happy fourth of July, from Jenny your friend, in Maine.

In your "Hot" grill where the flowers can't grow you can put in a Cement/Resin frog-rabbit-etc., a decorative rock, or you could even dig in a small pot with flowers so it has it's own place to grow. The sky is the limit. Enjoy all of your videos. God Bless.

Slow to add advice as I’m only a novice gardener 😊, but I have transplanted annuals out of containers that were overtaken by other annuals and they have done really well in their new location. I think the key is take a good root ball and they do survive. I had the same problem inpatients were being taken over by lobelia and literally dying so I transplanted them and they are now thriving

Hi, absolultly love your gardens. I'm a first time viewer. When I saw the first container garden with the coleus and green and black sweet potato vine, did you know you can start more by just putting clippings into jars of water and they will root in in the jars. You can also bring them in over the winter as house plants and then put them back outside again in the next summer, and save yourself a little money. Just a thought.... blessings....AnnLyn from N.M.

I live in SC too - I used to use neem oil but you can only get so much of the plant especially if it’s tall. Now I just use the water hose and they go flying off! It doesn’t eliminate but it does help “shock” then to fly off! They like my Japanese maples, rose of Sharon, roses, and crabapple tree.
