I make a lot of videos and I use an overhead camera for most of them. Meet Rolling Thunder, my custom built rolling studio and camera stage.

Building a Versatile Rolling Studio Desk (Rolling Thunder)
The setup includes a Husky workbench, a Mac Mini, a DSLR camera mounted on a Manfrottto Magic Arm, an Ipevo document camera, a sound system featuring a Rode NT1 microphone and Rodecaster Pro mixing board, a stream deck, and an efficient lighting system with Elgato keylights. The setup also allows for easy access to multiple devices and cord management. This enables me to film high-quality videos on a stable, non-moving surface from anywhere in my home or garden, making it an ideal choice for those who want a professional, versatile, and mobile studio.
