I noticed a lot of people saying that you should not boil the seamoss, my ancestors from Trinidad have been boiling it for years. it is great for libido, back pain and for cooling etc. They would not dare use it unboiled. Not too say anyone is wrong, but obviously our ancestors would know a thing or two. Maybe it can be used both ways, just saying!

You should blend it raw after soaking. Cooking will reduce the nutrient content.

@@shonm.5420 one of the main things is how I recover from working out. It's like I can do a savagely hard workout and totally recover within 24hrs. Without the moss, it's a minimum 3 days. Also I have 0 depression /anxiety now. When I eat crappy it returns. Inflammation as well, I have a lot of it and it makes it go away better than anything (except cannabis )

Great video! In my research I’ve found that much of the sea mosses sold online come from Indonesia/Philippines, where the water quality is poor from all of the pollution. Keep in mind that sea moss will absorb much of the chemicals/toxins. For those not purchasing locally, pay attention to the country of origin.

I drink reishi everyday before going to bed. It's great for stress an good night sleep. I drink cordycepts and chaga mushrooms during the day for more energy. I recommend the book "Healing Mushrooms" by Tero Isokauppila.

That's very cheap. It may be from around China. Alibaba sells it for that cheap and a less but it's from the area of China.

Yes we have been ahead for real. Since I came to the US, I have realized that; especially with the vegan craze. Rastafarians in Jamaica have been so called vegan since forever. They refer to it as 'Ital'. They don't use salt. They use all the herbs to season their food

Mrs F Or there is a shop called Pempansie in Brixton Hill past the local sainsburys, next door to a juice bar that sells it too. You can get the Caribbean or Irish Sea version. You don't need to boil it either you can follow Trish's steps, skip the boiling and just blend it.

Be careful buying the powder b/c it could have additives or fillers and there is no way to tell. I buy this one it is fire!!! I get mine online from Carib Sensations. I use sea moss with filtered water to soak all lentils, rice, and beans. It removes all the lectins from whatever I soak with it!
