Sea Moss is an honest Superfood! Giving your body 92 out of the 102 minerals needs... you can't go wrong. Swing by my Canadian, Black-owned shop, and have a peak. Thank you for the AMAZING video!
@@JustG1980how I wish u can help and DHL me this to Nigeria I will pay back , I want to use it for my fibroids, is dealing with me and know where to find this in Africa here in Nigeria. 😢😢😢 .
This is a beautiful, helpful video and I loved the Caribbean rhythm. The sugar made me cringe tho. For anyone who may read this, if you do consider using condensed milk instead of sugar, I just discovered non-dairy sweetened condensed (oat and coconut) milk, which are just as satisfying. Thanks for the vid, I've been feeling so pop down and needed a booster.
I also wash it with lime to remove any impurities or freshness. I live the way you did it, you are truly a st. Lucian. Some people come up with so many ways which is not the best. I'm a St.lucian living in the USA 🇺🇸, anytime I travel back home , I must get my seamoss. There are many seamoss farmers in Praslin. Some of them export to the 🇺🇸. Bravo young lady keep up our Lucian style of cooking and preparing drinks 🍸
Hey sa ka fet🇱🇨👋🏾 I just finished making this and it is delicious. I am never buying it again 😂 You made what I thought was hard very easy. Bon bagay 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I must commend you on this. Apart from the fact that it looks delicious, your explanation was clear and concise and easy to follow. Brilliant video!!!🤎
Just managed to get around to making this finally! Beautiful! Particularly creamy using oat milk by the same brand you made yours. I think I went a little heavy on the sugar, but it’s all experience. I only used cinnamon stick and powder and the bay leaf. No star anise or nutmeg! As I tasted it I thought of ways to give it a twist each time with different flavoured essences. Coffee would be particularly nice I think!! This is so lovely on ice! Yea man!🤎
I'm going to make seamoss for my first time today. Will definitely come back and say how it went. I'm looking forward to this and the benefits of seamoss consumption.
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe. Managed to make two batches so there’s enough gel to freeze or refrigerate. And use as and when I want 😊 delicious drink and great video
@@akashicrecords9672 I think soaking is the most important and boiling is a choice. But I personally like the texture, taste, and the amount I can get from it when boiled with cinnamon and other spices. I find those that aren't soaked raw n not pleasant to consume
I love your channel. I'm definitely going to try your seamoss. Looks so yummy and it's good for you. I made your lamp chops and they were GREAT. Blessings to you sister.
Teri Ann wah gwaan! I make sea moss drink all the time! I made carrot punch with almond milk which was freshly made. I added my spices, vanilla and Irish sea moss! It was healthy and tasty .
Been looking for a recipe for a while now... Thanks Terri. You mentioned not putting the seamoss in plastic- Would that be for when it's hot ONLY or can I transfer it to a plastic after cooling down? Looking forward to trying this recipe (peanut and rum included) in 2 days...😊
Same way but after boiling strain off the sea moss leave the remaining water, let cool and put in fridge . Next day it becomes a gel and ready to add to your juices or punches.🇬🇧
