I've been depressed many times, but the most recent one (2015-2018) was the longest and the hardest. In this video, I think about some of the things that probably helped me recover. It's rambly and I keep saying "like" and "you know" etc, but hopefully something in this can help someone somewhere, and maybe also myself in a few years time when I inevitably get depressed again and start wondering how I ever pulled myself out of this in the past. Hello future me, just do your best to hang in there!
