BIG LOLZ at my title hahaha. Sick at RU-vid me. Alas, I hope you all find the video entertaining or helpful or in any way a positive influence on your day. Back soon with more vidzz cos I'm CONSISTENT AF BRO. Have a good day my friends
Joe what would you say is a proper goal for someone who is just getting lean for the first time in their life and wants fitness to be a side focus but not take over life enjoyment and etc.
Another good video mate. Everyone says they needed this in there life's and I am sure they do. But tbh the part bout investing in something that doesn't give you anything back hit home for me pal. Hope all well and parents good. Thanks lad.

The Epic Car Show it’s the diet that’s killer really, staying consistent with exercise and working out is doable, but the diet is just so tough as time goes on
My house mate was watching ex on the beach the other day. And I sat down with her to watch for a bit with a coffee and almost spat it out when I saw you on there ahaha. I had no idea
He wasn't on screen much tbf if I remember correctly, probably isn't worth the watch if it's just for that reason. He clearly was just being himself and not trying to cause drama to get on TV more.
It's crazy how much everything you've said applies to far more areas than just exercise. I'm doing my masters this year and it's been a rollercoaster of highs and lows, feeling like you've put in hard work and made progress, then feeling worn out and frustrated. Tactical breaks, and knowing the difference between tough times and wrong paths, are so crucial for any big commitment anyone decides to take on. with 8 exams starting in two weeks time, thanks for reminding me that..
Great Exercise.. Your videos make such an inspiration for me to do workout and improve my body muscle. It's not easy. if you guys have any feedback, please reply.
thanks for this great vid... currently fighting an extreme depression phase due to an insane amount of reasons. Your mindset reminds me of the time i was healthy...there has to be something left of that spirit
The tax example is actually very good, X-zibit made a lot of money in his early years of rapping, but that all eventually crumbled down, after he picked himself up again he had an interview that stuck into my mind, he was asked "what is your advice for all these young SoundCloud rappers?" He said "no matter how busy you are, do your taxes, even if you have an accountant, sit down with him and check everything" A lot of superstars got bad advices form accountants and some (ex Wesley Snipes) went to jail for it or got bankrupt. So yeah, do you taxes, especially if you're self employed or have a business.
One thing that helped me stay consistent is not letting yourself get away with poor attitudes. I always used to tell myself oh I lose weight over summer, then when it gets to winter time I’m going to put weight on and not go to the gym and lose it again in the summer. Did it for 3/4 years until I took a look at myself and said no, you’re not going to add weight during winter, you’re going to stick to the gym and stay consistent.
This is brilliant mate, it should be shown to anyone starting out in the gym. It's hard to actually appreciate all these tips until you've been through it for years, but you're right, the biggest virtues in bodybuilding are dedication, hard work and consistency. It's a long game. You have to treat it like a lifestyle or a habit, to the point where you don't even think to yourself "shall I go to the gym today?", it's just a given that you're going to the gym today cos that's life. Call this child abuse, but I'm trying to do the same with 6 year old son. I'm taking him with me into my home gym, and we're doing squats and bench presses etc together with our free weights. He's loves it, I'm so proud of him and I tell him, so I'm hoping to just make it part of his lifestyle as he gets older. He'll fucking thank me for this when he's a ripped natty at 15..
You seem to be really big in terms of your physique, but not wide. Is it because of genetics or that you don’t work lats/back to the point where it makes you look really wide?
fengkorberfer I actually would if I had ever really read much, but I honestly couldn’t tell you much about any particular philosophers or philosophies. I’ve watched a few School of Life videos about a few of them, attempted to read bits and bobs but never really had much success or saw it through. I find a lot of it hard to read and digest to be honest.
Started watching your vids around the start of lockdown here in Portland. I've been enjoying both the new stuff and the old. Thanks for the content and for keeping it real. Cheers!
Hi Joe, I had never heard of you before previously but you came up on my feed. The video was the latest one you've uploaded (the RU-vid video / how much you got paid one) and you came across really well. I've subsequently watched a few other videos and the content is absolutely spot on mate - no bullshit, great advice and straight to the point. I try and go to the gym regularly and obviously because of coronavirus I've been stuck at home but fortunately have some free weights and an old bench lying around. Long story short I've found new motivation from your videos and it's helped me get back on track. Also, I've never gone for a run in my life but I did my first one today, even though it was crap, but will keep going! Thanks for your awesome videos, keep it up and you've got yourself a new subscriber mate!
Consistency will get you through anything , be mentally prepared and enjoy the ride. I was 93 Kgs in December 2018 and went down to 63 Kilos in December 2019, Today i am flexing between 65 Kgs doing intermittent fasting and keeping my diet consistently, my gym closed down (as every gym in the UK) and I still run everyday no matter what... (following Gvmnt rules of course) ... just keep it real , focus on your ONE goal, get motivated and make it happen ! Cheers.!
You speak nothing but the truth and its so refreshing to hear and not have someone feeding lies to try and look good and get views. Keep up the hard work and stay safe.
