HOW TO DECLUTTER YOUR LIFE... (tips for a physical, digital & mental clear-out) 

Yooooo people! Some crazy ass times right now, hope you as your close ones are all staying safe. I will endeavour to smash a few videos out in the next couple of weeks, because I figure people need some shit to watch these days eh? Might be some pretty standard day vlog type videos but I'll do what I can. Hope you enjoy the video anyway - I could have chopped it down to about 13 minutes but thought I'd just keep it a bit longer. Cleaning and staying tidy is the one. Helps with mental clarity. Also taking on Minimalism! I also understand what you’re saying about books, but ever since I started reading Tolkien, it made me appreciate life a lot more and not take stuff for granted. When I’m reading one of his books in my comfy bed at night when Tolkien was writing the books in the trenches of the First World War as a young man, just has given me a different perspective of life. Great video as always mate.

This is the best protocol for decluttering your life. It covers the main aspects you need to bring order to, namely: physical space, digital, routine and mental. I recommend doing this once a month to live a more zen life.

Firstly I love your prospective on things and the fact that you mentioned not every moment of the day needs to be productive. We live in a digital age and it’s easy to get overloaded with information and naturally look for answers. The most inspiring thing about this video was that you were being yourself and honest and that life really doesn’t need to be so complicated lol (sticks on fifa). Subscribed!

Regarding the mental phase. Writing to-do eventually lists and starting a calender/diary can help massively. A lot of stress comes from having to remember stuff n worrying about forgetting something important. Writing down everything I have planned in a list in order helps me.
