I am so excited to find your channel. Ive never heard of stretching your hair, I love this and will add this tecnique to my hair growing journey. My hair tends to get more frizzy throughout the day, yes. I just let it happen, really as it's natural. It helps that I don't add moisture throughout the week
I'm quite suprised that your hair gets longer as the days go on. I am used to seeing it the opposite, that shrinkage wins as the days go on. Are you saying that you plaiting it up every night is what causes it to keep stretching?
