Awesome! Glad to see the throwing videos coming back. Super helpful... Also a reminder that shagging hammers in blades is pretty much the worst part of throwing session.

I noticed that on your third wind that bringing your left arm back for the catch is less evident. Is it just all hips at that point?

You lean away form it. As it builds speed you sit back to counter balance

MATT VINCENT ...Awesome..Thank you Matt. Interestingly, I utilize the same concept for my golf swing. I found that the counterbalance, along with the right arm thrust, adds tremendous distance.
