If it was the pump it would have left you. Look at map sensor.

@@johnnyscarbon I have remove the fuel filter it was clogged, the fuel pump did turn on but just for 0.2 second (pressure did stay high on hose for filter), normally it is 3 a 4 seconds, needs new one. I will also look at map sensor, if the filter was not the cause. I had a car apk (roadworthness) where also excaust is measured, it was lean, I did drive away and it did have no power and engine did stall. After restartind it was normal again, this was after the test from apk station where the enge get pushed to 4000 rpm for measuring. The filter is never replaced, so it is 24 years old, I had for a longer time that on a highway I did have trouble to get past a car, special with wind on front, and it do use more fuel then normal. @@johnnyscarbon Hi There, I have read about sensor, it,s symtoms are scary close when defective. I go check all, I have no option to diagnost the ecu, Can not read it, must go to garage for that. Yes it consumes, I thought 1 liter for every 11 km.
