This time in 2020, I weighed 368 lbs. I was nearly 400 and slowly killing my self. Its 2023 and I weigh 205. I wanna get down to mid 100s, but I’ll stop when I’m confident in my body. I have more confidence than I ever had and I feel happier.
That's awesome. Congratulations to you for losing all that weight. I know it's a tough road, but you'll make it. There's always a light at the end of the tunnel.
As someone who feels your journey I can say that’s really amazing. I was pushing 300 about a year ago and lost 80lbs since last may. It’s not a easy journey but if you remain consistent and don’t stop when you mess up then you will win in the long run. Again this is amazing and I wish you the best of success and prosperity
Simply Brook: That is awesome! My current weight is close to your starting weight, which is about 60 lbs from my highest weight. My goal is to get to 250 and then reassess, in hopes that is a good weight for a man my height and build.
Lol even in poorer countries people are big as hell, clearly you've never travelled, go to the Pacific Islands, Nauru, Palau, Samoa, Tonga, Kiribati, Tuvalu and the Marshall Islands are the most obese countries in the world lol, Nauru has an obesity rate of 61%, more than half the population is obese. All of them rank between 61% and 45% obesity for the adult population.
@@Nathan-mc4mq those Polynesian country's are poorer than most African and Asian countries, and even in Africa, you have Libya at 16th, Egypt at 18th, South Africa at 31st, Algeria at 38th, Tunisia at 40th, just from Africa, just because countries don't have economic power doesn't mean they don't have food, all of those above mentioned have an higher obesity rate than Ireland, Spain, Germany, and Belgium. And that's not even mentioning the Middle-East and Asia, the Middle-East is only beaten by the US and the Polynesian countries.
They are a family breakfast feast and each set is 4 hash brown and 8 bacon and 8 sausage . 3 French toast if you get French toast and if you get pancakes they come in 8
I've always wanted to have pancakes and french toast at the same time but that level of decadence was always too much for me. It's going to happen one day
i watched Chiseled a day or two ago, thought of you guys and...you are not disappointing by how I thought it would go. Except for the watermelon thing; Dub, you had NO faith in this man to work out and still not eat xD
I was watching to learn more about this man regarding his addiction to food. Sometimes with past trama, instead of drugs or other addictive behavior, he turned to find comfort from food. Food addiction is the most powerful addiction there is and very little helpful information out there. Laughing and mocking him will certainly not help or putting him on blast. He should be contacted and offered any type of support. His diet does need to change quickly and the amounts. Bariactric surgery will help but hopefully he will learn about food and how little food it takes to sustain life. The body was never designed to process bleached or grains or sugars. It's going to be a tough road; both physically and psychogically so it will take encouragement of all sorts to help. It is so easy just to critizize which is what is wrong with our world. I would of been impressed if I heard you mentioned how you both reached out and helped him, but instead you used him to get some views. Know this, what comes around, goes around.
