Hey Connor! Thanks for taking a look at my video, it was great to hear your thoughts on the issue. Yeah, I've worked in corporate before and people mixing up the CC with BCC has happened a few times before so this was 100% a mistake. Like I said, things aren't looking great- WuWa CAN bounce back, but they're gonna need to do something big. It might take a while for them to build up trust within the playerbase over in JP though. I know other games that have had terrible releases, some which had near-identical problems (ToF with Nemesis) to this that are still sticking around, so we just have to wait and see.

I am just glad that Kuro did not do that to the Chinese community, everyone knows how capable the chinese gaming community is when it comes to destroying the reputation of a game and make it unalive.

I think the ban is still true? Also, what's the point of the refund is to give back what people spent. Why are they deducting the mats? It's like users are trying to do a refund and they are battling it? It doesn't make sense

It feels like a panicked email sending. Doesn't excuse it, but that's what it could be. When we're panicking, we tend to be tunnel-visioned and do things with tons of error.

They don't need to ban them, the user will abandon that affected account themself. Why would you want to refund and topup on the same account again?

Some people said from there that it's not as bad as many people describe, there's a lot of misinformation that seems to be spread by hoyo supporters, or worse, they are engaged in this campaign themselves. A lot of what was posted was misinformation. Japanese people quickly calmed down. it will have some impact, but not much. Kuro ended up in a situation where there was no need to rush to answer, but simply leave a comment that we are working and prepare better for this issue.

I hope kuro do better becz i dont think this is a big issue and also lot of time there might be people who is using fake email to reroll. When something is trying to better than any other game this type of thing happens.🤣🤣🤣

I think its kinda silly to be honest, Its still a good character, your still pulling on a limited. Its the best sword in the game isnt it ? So what else would they whale on ?

9:17 Eh not really. Users showed that using an ultrawide monitor you can replicate the positioning and the source inage where it went viral was actually found to be from a Japanese chan board. However since we don't have collaborating screenshots to my knowledge wether or not its real is up for debate.
