5 pounds of oxtails
Browning seasoning
Oxtails seasoning or beef stew seasoning
Black Pepper
Garlic powder
Seasoning salt
Minced garlic
Diced onions
Beef broth
Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix
Olive oil
Flour or Corn starch
Cook in oven at 350 degrees
Cook oxtails in oven for 2 hours and 30 minutes or until oxtails are fork tender.
