yes I am going to add baked Oxtails to my Sunday Dinner Menu: I brown mine before baking but everything eles is good over Jasmine rice , cabbage and collard greens and cornbread lets eat!
The same thing happened to chicken wings, smh. I will become a vegetarian before I keep paying crazy meat prices because these greedy stores and corporations want bigger profits
I discard the end pieces of the veggies I cut since I find them to be somewhat bitter. I only sear my beef if I am cooking it quickly in a pressure cooker, I don’t find any benefit in searing the meat if I am cooking it slowly in my oven or slow cooker for several hours
I'm sure it tastes good, but I'm not sure about the presentation of these. They don't look too well cooked. A bit raw looking from your fork. Maybe I'm just used to the oxtail being much darker.
Thanks for commenting. They were delicious and fully cooked after being in the oven for 3 hours at 350 degrees. Often when people make Oxtails, they add something called ‘Browning & Seasoning Sauce’ which is a very dark liquid that makes the meat look browner. I used it in my ‘Stovetop Oxtail’ recipe video, but it’s not a requirement for me, so I didn’t use it this time.
@@TannyCooksyeah, you’re right. I forgot about the browning sauce. By the way, your Mac n cheese is immaculate. Love the cake look and not that new wave runny, loose baked Mac n cheese.
