Maybe it’s just those gorgeous new clouds that inflate the size but Zero Dawn is around 100GB and Forbidden West is 96GB. However Frozen Wilds is around 8.5GB but Burning Shores is almost double at 16.7GB (and that’s with the PS5’s file compression). For me I’m betting on 12+hrs main and 16+hrs if you include side quests myself. Considering the main game took me 151hrs I’ll probs get 50+ out of it XD
It’s just a dlc not a whole revamp, the main thing you’ll notice is it running very smooth as a ps5 only.. I don’t think you’ll see big graphic difference till the next Horizon full game
@@marxhonore9414 there was a huge difference between horizon zero dawn and frozen wilds cutscene’s included although it’s hard to tell in the trailer what quality it is I didn’t see any difference between the main game and the dlc burning shores 😢 still very excited for it tho
@@joesanders1664 I actually think it will look better because it will be more optimized for ps5 but I don’t think they particularly did much to the graphics technically, it’ll just look nicer since it’s 100% optimized for a stronger console without ps4 in mind.
I never used the easy loot feature and played on hard difficulty I did every side quest (i skipped the board game though) I basically played the game like a monster hunter and it took me nearly 135 hrs to finish forbidden west. So i guess I'll spend more than 30 hrs in the DLC
I played on easy first, then did my UH NG+. which is way better with good and upgraded weapons. I still would love to have the easy loot on even in UH. The choice should be left to player. I still use mechanics anyway to tear off components, but if you miss and destroy something you are farming that is a bit disappointing. a bummer I did not do the pits on my first run, now I struggle with the brothers where they can one shot you :D aha. will be playing for sure only on UH for the expansion. since it does waste time, to repeat stuff, I do not like replaying the same, but I want to do and enjoy the game in it's full and get most of it. Thanks to upgraded weapons I did NG+ on UH in about 4 hrs. But now doing all quests I did not do before, (missed a few on first play through) Also do not like the fact, they force you to replay again same stuff so you can get all new weapons and paints etc for the trophy. I would have skipped a few side quests then if I knew this was the case :) and do them only once on UH :) Have fun playing soon
I hope it isn't all to long the next game after the DLC is only 9 days away :D But it took me 93h to complete HZD with FW and it took me 122h to complete HFW.

i didnt really like the execution of the HFW story so i have lost interest in the story. So for me what i am really hoping for is, a dynamic world with tones of physics to play around with so i can enjoy being in the world for weeks if not months. But seeing as they concentrated more on the tribes and uninteresting dialouge in HFW i bet they will probably put alot of time and effort on everything other then what i mentioned. I hope i am totaly wrong.
Wait, you found Zero Dawn's dialogues better? Cause I came into it after finishing FW and couldn't finish it for everything was dull as heck. Maybe it was brilliant for 2015 but we are way passed that point lol
@@thisishowitallends9321 no i didnt. But hfw had way more dialouge so it was apperent. And the story in hzd was written by a better writer. Plus it was GGs first open world and what they managed to do was impressive. But they got stuck there and never really evolved. Plus when did i even mention hzd?
