If I had a nickel for every time that Gildun exclusively appeared in a Horizon DLC, I would have two nickels, which isn't alot, but it's weird it happened twice. 😆 I was so happy to see Gildun again! I cannot contain my excitement for the Burning Shores! ❤

And yet again, I can't even say how amazed by what we got for the burning shores dlc, especially the light that attacked Aloy. This dlc feels like a separate game, not an expansion.

When I first watched this, and saw Aloy holding the Far Zentith weapon my mind nearly exploded. I am so freakin exited for this!

I was stunned when i saw that Zenith weapon agaist the Horus. I just want to cry because i dont have a PS5 to play this masterpiece ❤❤😭😭

Here’s what I think the shot of the statue represents. The volcano is what represents the archipelago, the woman with the gun is Aloy standing victoriously, the raptor is the Horus, the sniper is the far zenith weapon Aloy uses to take down the Horus.

All i care about is Aloy got her own Far Zenith tech and i will die if Specters does come back in some shape or form in the DLC But Horus is the biggest highlight of giant land insect octopus machine

So the moment Aloy and the new character say "him" my mind went straight to Hepheastus because honestly he'll be needed in the next game. Some people have mentioned Vast Silver and I hadn't considered that at all. In hindsight I think Vast Silver will be an ally, not just against Hepheastus but against Nemesis in the final game (unless they somehow spin off more games).

I can't believe how gorgeous it looks, I'm so excited to see the relationship between Aloy/Seyka, and also so excited to see Gildun again! It's interesting there's no new teasers shown for new machines, outside of the Waterwing, but if anything it just makes me even more excited to explore and see what else is new, there has to be more new machines, right? I doubt the Sunwing will be locked out for the DLC, it showed her crash landing off of it, but then a later shot did show her flying with Seyka on one and also flying across the water with one, so I imagine it will be a choice - we'll find both Sunwing and Waterwing sites around the DLC. I'm also really excited to see what the new skills or even skill tree is going to be, what small amount we've seen already with the pullcaster criticals looks dope, it makes me look forward to finally doing my UH NG+, hopefully carrying over all these new interesting skills and weapons with me. Also, the music in this trailer was GORGEOUS. I'm never usually much for the soundtracks, but Horizon is one of those rare few where the music means just as much to me as the game.

The horus bossfight was absolutely insane. I had no words during the fight since i couldnt believe this was actually happening. The entire dlc is worth for the final boss alone

nice Trailer-Breakdown, short an with lots of info:). I think the Zenith Weapon Aloy is using could be a valor surge this time and not for equipping it to the weapon wheel like the special weapons we got in the frozen wilds. The animation and the way the is holding it just reminds me at a surge animation. If it is a surge trough I wonder if there is more then one Zenith based Valor Surge?

My PS5 is coming the day before! Bought it just for this!

Even with the Zenith arm-cannon, Aloy facing off with the Horus is kind of reminiscent of the end of “Saving Private Ryan,” plinking away at a tank with a sidearm. I’d kinda thought maybe she’d find one of those dual-railgun tanks still partially functional (though perhaps immobilized) and have to use that to pick it apart while one-shotting Scarabs and Khopeshes it would continuously disgorge.

I love the trailer but I had hoped they would show more machines other than the ones we already knew. Still a great trailer

I feel Hephaestus and VAST SILVER are in the Burning Shores. There have been hints from the datapoint in Legacy’s Landfall which is near the Quen’s base to the recent launch trailer. From the launch trailer, Aloy says “The enemy has headed south to the Burning Shores”, and from a blog post to start the dlc Sylens calls Aloy. I think Sylens will call Aloy to tell her he got a signal from Heph at the Burning Shores and she will travel there to see what it’s planning and possibly try to catch it. Then, the new Quen character Seyka says, “What could he possibly want from us?” which implies that a different enemy is encountered who is possibly a human male or at least presents as one. They probably contact and threaten the Quen at Fleet’s End as a hologram of a human male who could just be VS assuming a human male identity.

Makes you wonder what they have in store for Horizon 3 if a Horus boss battle is already a thing in Horizon 2 DLC. I kinda thought a Horus was going to be the final boss of H3.

I hope that this Zenit's weapon wont be boss-fight-use-only. And that missles at the beginig that shoots Aloy down, might be what Gurilla meant by 'Lightning in the sky'🤔

The enemy’s gotta be Sylens imo. I know Lance has passed on. But who else would have the power and knowledge to revive a Metal Devil?

The horus look different from what we have in the base game, like the six small claws on the face are under the orb in the base game and in trailer they are on the side and they are also different, the four massive legs could possibly look different, the drillers at the end of the tentacles are different too(you can check this in the first trailer for the dlc), and in the base game on the longer tentacles at mid tentacle there are bigger drillers with star like shape but here are missing. Guerrilla could possibly have redesigned it a bit, or its another version of the horus, we just need to wait until April 19 to find out.

That statue is the remains of universal studios i think! I only say this because you can see a dinosaur statue on the bottom right of her. As well as holograms of Pterodactyls and a Trex in the background. A revamped Jurassic park experience

I'm still of the opinion that Vast Silver is the antagonist for this DLC, technologically advanced and able to take over the huge machine? Who else could do that? I think we'll discover that VS also was responsible for the original glitch that started the Faro Plague. Can't wait to fight the big one!

I feel like story wise, the main baddie shouldn’t be Hephaestus again because that would be too redundant (from the Frozen Wilds, to Forbidden West, and now Burning Shores) so I definitely would like to see a Far Zenith enemy this time but then again it would make sense considering that Hephaestus now has access to Far Zenith tech 🤣
