What happens when I try to leave this Worcester repair job?
We’ve all had it? Just as you think its fixed, tools are packed up and ANOTHER fault shows up! Back to the drawing board whilst trying to keep the clients confidence!!

Great vid, we had a temperamental fault on same regular boiler, 15 years old , most said scrap! We overhauled it top gasket blewn plus electrodes, goid clean out etc... Blue light flashes fast. Worc tech helped greatly in confidence, reassurance we diagnose correctly. Replace sensor and allswell. Not the high limit changed in your vid.. Collection of parts now in van as loads of old Worcester where we live now. One day start filming :)

I think the art of repair is a dying one now unfortunaty, I often go to customer where they’ve just been told to repair - it’s such a shame, so many under 10yr old boilers in the skip! I think there’s much greater satisfaction in fixing especially when someone else can’t so good on you! I’ll keep an eye out for your vids!

Hi, how do you found the flue sensor is faulty? What are the symptoms?

Hi! Thanks for watching! The boiler kept going to a volatile lockout (Fast Flash) - this was an unusual case as the fan also needed replacing and gives the same fault code. If the fan was ok, you would see that run and then go to lockout still! Hope this helps a bit!
